The media could not be loaded. I have had the press for a week and just opened it to make tumblers for an event this weekend, and it will not heat up. I followed the directions in the manual to set time & temp, the machine beeps 3 times but doesn’t heat up. I’ve turned this thing on and off so many times it’s ridiculous. I’m glad I didn’t throw the box away.

This easily allows you to heat. Press any mug small to large. This allows you to create custom mogs for your business or for friends. I haven’t used it yet since my craft area is being renovated but it came in packaged nice and secure everything was how it should be and didn’t have to worry about putting a million pieces together I will update my review once I use it in a few days

I purchased at the very end of November, but didn't use it till mid December. I used it a handful of times in the 2 months it worked. Now it won't get hot. The temperature won't move. The fuse was fine... it was powering on... it just isn't getting hot.

well it’s christmas eve and my fiancé knew i wanted to make tumblers and give to family as gifts tomorrow, this was on sale but would t arrive till xmas eve. it arrived today and when i turn it on it immediately does the 3 beeps(letting u know the temperature is right) and there’s absolutely not heat coming from it. now i am unable to have gifts for my family and im so upset, ruined everything for me. put in for a return request but after looking at more reviews ive seen 3 others who had the same issue, 2 got replacements that were worse off.
