Very good assembling instructions. I was able to do everything by myself except for the last step when I needed two extra hands to help me install the mattress fame into the sofa arms. This step is also the only step for which I had to watch the video. The color coding and pictures of the written instructions made the whole process very easy. Simple, good looking frame. Nice and firm mattress. Time will tell if it wears out well. Easy to turn into a bed but hard to turn back into a sofa. Very satisfied so far.

This is not the first futon I have owned. I wanted a futon that was both comfortable to sleep on and sit on when folded up. From reviews I read on this one before purchasing it seemed to fit the bill. I have not been disappointed. My 21 year-old son is using it as a bed for three months between college semesters. The full-size version I ordered is more comfortable than the bed he had in his dorm room. The mattress has springs in it that makes it more than just a pillow type of feel. I tried it out myself and was pleased. Opening it to the complete horizontal position can be done with one person grabbing the center of the seated portion and pulling out. Setting it back up into a couch is more easily done with two people squealing it together from the sides. I purchased the version with drawers. The simply roll on the floor and fit under the frame. If you didn’t want to use them you could take them out and store them and the futon would look normal without them there. It was the same price with or without them so I figured I might as well get them. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase. I would definitely buy this futon again.

The assembly was a little tricky in a small space and by myself but the instructions were easy. As a couch and a bed, it's surprisingly comfortable. I recommend this futon.

Quality wood, sturdy! Easy to put together, because great instructions were included. Exactly what I was looking for. Customer service is above and beyond. I want to thank the customer service team for the quick replies and continued support. It is nice to know that customer care still exists! (The delivery company, accidentally delivered to the wrong place. No fault of the seller) I have a small 800 sq ft home, so the bedrooms are small, just a bit bigger then a California Queen bed. My office/guest room was too crowded for my desk and a queen size bed. This full size futon and frame fits perfectly to create an office feel for day to day use. But when a quest arrives, they have a comfortable sturdy bed to sleep on. So happy with the product, the seller, and great service I received. Thank you!

I like the look of this for our den. Whenever our grandchildren come to stay over, the eldest likes to sleep on it. Comfortable for him. Not so comfortable for older bodies...in my opinion. We've had it over a year now, and it is holding up well, and still looks nice.

Product was shipped FedEx and delivered in 3 packages. I have put together A LOT of furniture over the years and this was by far the best packaged. The instructions were detailed and clear with color coded stickers and the tools/parts were sandwiched between in individually cut out pieces of sturdy cardboard for easy access. Each group of bolts/parts were labeled per step that coordinated with the instruction. The product itself is sturdy and great quality. Super easy to put together by myself. The mattress is high quality for a futon mattress as well. I do recommend this product for anyone looking for a futon that doesn’t feel like dorm room furniture.

Really great solid product right here. Very heavy and can withstand what I use it for … sleeping on it every night. It’s definitely HEAVY and not easy to put back up into a couch by oneself, but I prefer the struggle over a piece that’s going to fall apart. I would buy this again for sure!
