Once I threw the directions in the trash and checked you tube, I was able to figure out how to wire it. It goes haywire when using prolonged, heat from sun.. Sometimes the screen while playing CarPlay screen goes To radio screen but continue to play have to keep returning manually to CarPlay screen I got warranty an been less than 30 days no I have to pay audio place for labor to remove and reinstall.. I hope next works.. When this works it’s nice whenever it feels like

Absolute buggy garbage that failed in 3 1/2 months. Jenson argued with me about the warranty, delayed, now wants me to ship it to them at my cost. Never again Jenson. I'm gonna eat this, lesson learned. I recommend avoiding this brand.

The unit looks and works great. Love to be able to move it up/down when needed to keep the GPS map effortlessly visible for long drives. Apple Car Play is flawless and the size of the map is really good. My only complain is the external microphone quality is not as good as the head unit or my previous 10yr old Sony. Everyone I call complains my voice sounds like coming from a transistor radio or a walkie talkie. I will contact Jensen for support. It is also annoying a user manual with a troubleshooting section is not included in the box. Only a quick setup guide that invites you to download the manual from their website but the website says it is "Coming Soon". Seriously???
