The media could not be loaded. Here is a review you need to read. I purchased this unit as a replacement for my 2005 4runner. I had previously installed an ATOTO head unit and was mostly satisfied but wanted to upgrade a bit. Did my homework and settled on this Jensen stereo. I trusted the name, read the reviews and figured it would work well. After going through the installation process of the unit and the backup camera I began setting up the features to fit me. Right out of the gate I found the workflow of the layout of the screens to be clunky and confusing. Connected to my Android auto well but that was a whole thing in itself. While connected to my phone, it would NOT let you navigate to other screens such as the radio tuner, settings, etc. It would go to the screen you wanted then 3 seconds later it would pop up saying "connecting to Android auto" and take you back to the Android screen. The radio tuner was absolute trash and was the final straw. It is completely unusable. It took 10 minutes of pressing the button to change the frequency one step at a time to get to the channel I wanted. Once I finally got there and tried to save the channel in my favorite list, it just jumped to the original preset channel instead of changing it to MY preset. The GPS is downright garbage. While driving, the GPS never knew where I was, would constantly think I turned down a side road or exited the highway and then would re-route. The map would spin in circles because it could not lock on my location. I moved the GPS receiver a couple of times on my dash thinking it wasnt getting proper signal. Last ditch effort I mounted it outside onto my roof. Still the same outcome. Lastly, this isn't even a Jensen made unit. This is just a generic stereo that they printed their name onto. Ive seen this exact unit advertised as Dual and some other brand I can't remember. The backup camera was laughable, the picture quality looked like a photo taken from a digital camera circa 2004. When it comes to items like this, save up a few extra bucks and buy something worthwhile. Buy once, cry once otherwise you'll be crying every day you have to use this in your car.

Receive new radio. Completed full install into the car and the unit wouldn’t power on. Trouble shot for completely. Checked power from car, redid entire harness and checked connections with a multimeter. Unit must be defective. Boxed back up and returned. Received message return was received but credit was delayed. Oct 10 returned Nov 14 still no credit. Supplier is running a scam holding my credit on a simple defective unit return. Highly disappointed that I wasted 9 or 10 hours of my life installing them uninstalling plus troubleshooting and I can’t even use my credit to buy a replacement for the defective one because the seller is dragging their feet processing.

The unit looks and works great. Love to be able to move it up/down when needed to keep the GPS map effortlessly visible for long drives. Apple Car Play is flawless and the size of the map is really good. My only complain is the external microphone quality is not as good as the head unit or my previous 10yr old Sony. Everyone I call complains my voice sounds like coming from a transistor radio or a walkie talkie. I will contact Jensen for support. It is also annoying a user manual with a troubleshooting section is not included in the box. Only a quick setup guide that invites you to download the manual from their website but the website says it is "Coming Soon". Seriously???

It is an excellent car play radio. Worth the purchase. My only issue is the rear camera directions since they couldn't be more confusing. Once I threw the directions in the trash and checked you tube, I was able to figure out how to wire it. The camera itself works great, the directions are written by someone who obviously doesn't understand English.
