Comes with everything you need to put it together, though the hand wrenches are going to tire you out! The equipment is solid and looks great. A few minor bends in the metal were rectified during construction of the cage. Best bang for buck.

Pretty decent, three main gripes are the Tricep dip attachment is far too narrow and unusable (I’m 195lbs and my hips and chest won’t fit). The cable pulley system lacks in full ROM especially if you’re tall (I’m 6’3”). The land mine attached has made a hole through my matts and damaged my floor. If you have big hands you can’t use some of the grips on the pull up bar. ... show more

"I bought this power cage for my wife and I’s home gym. We compared many products beforehand and finally chose this one—and it truly didn’t disappoint, as it’s incredibly versatile. The 14-level height adjustment with numbered markings is perfect! My wife and I are different heights and have different workout habits, so we used to have to readjust the safety arms, J-hooks, and dip handles to fit ourselves every time before using it—it was such a hassle. But the numbered scales let us quickly adjust to our desired positions, saving a lot of time before working out. The dual dip handles and the wide/narrow grip options on the pull-up bar both meet the needs of my wife and me with our different heights and body types. "For this price, this power rack is absolutely fantastic—great value for money. I was originally hesitant to buy a power rack online—too many times, the items I bought looked good in photos but felt cheap in real life. But this rack is just as good as it looks online. Easy Assembly: Assembly was much simpler than I expected. I basically put it together by myself, taking about 3-4 hours (you’ll need two people to help with the pull-up bar part). Here’s a tip for everyone: before finishing the assembly, be sure to follow the instructions and don’t fully tighten the screws. Perfect Size: Talking about the rack itself, it’s ""large"" in just the right way. The 84-inch height gives me plenty of space for pull-ups (no more hitting my head!), and the rack fits perfectly in my garage without taking up the entire space. It’s ideal for small spaces. Battle Rope Anchor: I’ve always had the habit of doing battle rope workouts, and the battle rope anchor on this rack really surprised me (I attached the battle rope, and it held up well even during intense swinging). 14 Adjustable Height Levels: The 14 height adjustment levels mean I can adjust the J-hooks to squat height or the safety bars to bench press height in just a few seconds. I’ve been looking for a heavy-duty home gym setup to replace my gym membership, and the JEEKEE power cage has exceeded my expectations. First off, it’s extremely stable and safe. The assembly process went smoothly too. It arrived in 2 packages, with clear instructions and a helpful installation video provided by the brand. With a friend’s help, we had it fully assembled in just 2.5 hours. The accessories are the highlight of this rack. It has everything I need: a pull-up bar (both wide and narrow grip options — perfect for different back workouts), J-hooks, safety bars, dip handles, a landmine attachment, a battle rope anchor point，band pegs… there are even 6 barbell collars included! The 14-level height adjustment means both my 5’4” wife and 6’2” self can use it comfortably. Plus, the storage space (4 hooks, a barbell holder, and 4 weight plate racks) keeps my workout area neat — no more tripping over scattered weight plates! The pulley system is smooth, with no jamming when I do lat pulldowns, seated rows, or arm exercises. Overall, this is definitely the best investment I’ve made for home fitness.
