I love the strap design and it is comfortable as long as the correct side is flipped up (you'll know if it isn't...). This was much smaller than expected, but I could live with the size, just means I would have to carry a lot less. But i returned because I needed a true white and this is off white. I laid it against a true white shirt for comparison. It’s very soft and cute so I would consider it another color.

I love the bag! It has two compartments. I like to put my wallet and keys in one and my hand sanitizer and phone in the other. I really like that it comes with three straps. It allows for versatility, I can wear it causal with the thicker straps or more formal, going out with the gold chain. It’s super cute and I think the quality is also pretty good. The only down side is that you can’t put cards in the card slots. They’re not wide enough to fit any card. I tried multiple cards and none fit. ... show more

I use this purse every single day and adore it. It comes with 2 different straps so if you want it to look more fancy you can use the gold chain and then if you want comfort and length you can do the normal black strap. The material is super soft and nice feeling. The quality is amazing, the size is big enough to where I can fit everything I want in it, the latch can be a little stubborn at times but not too difficult. Very cute bag, but the measurements depicted aren’t accurate. It actually measures 10” x 6”. I want to be a small bag girlie in the worst way, but I still need some space for all my stuff. I thought this bag would work, but it didn’t cut it.
