This diffuser is great ! Easy to setup and mount on the wall. Tapped into my AC to get the full affect in my house . Pro tip: tap the line into the supply air duct so it circulates through the whole house . Set your furnace/ HVAC fan to turn on for at least 5-10 mins every hour so it circulates the smell. Also, you can get vent sealing tape at hardware store for cheap. This will seal the hose in your duct. The app is a huge help in customizing when it is working. I had relatively low expectations ordering this diffuser and am pleasantly surprised. We have a 1950sq ft two story home and I was after a scent solution for the whole house. This product is advertised as a 4000sq ft unit - connected to the HVAC system (which was a very simple installation) in a 1950sq ft house, this product delivers exactly what it advertised. Instructions and user interface have a little bit of a learning curve. But, once I was able to figure out the configurations/scheduling things went smoothly and our house smells fantastic. A few days after installation, I followed up with the manufacturer via email to request a second 800ml scent storage container for the device. Their response was very timely and super accommodating. Despite the bottles being unavailable via retail, JCloud customer service found a way to get me extra bottles. Their level of customer service and care is fantastic. This machine covers a large area of my home. Scent is not overpowering and very pleasant leaving the house with a hotel smell. Machine makes some noise but we’re used to it. It’s not connected to HVAC at the moment. Machine has worked well for 8 months but it’s not dispersing scent only air now. I added extended warranty when I first bought it and I’m waiting to hear from the company on troubleshooting. Edit* After 3-4 emails back with manufacturer, it was determined the atomizer was clogged and it stopped working. Because they didn’t have part in stock, manufacturer shipped me a new machine. I’m satisfied with the service received and would recommend the product. I was advised to run rubbing alcohol in the machine 1x month to avoid future clogging as we run it 14h/day. ... show more

Stopped working effectively after 10 months. It started humming really loud, and now the scent output is nearly non existent. This product cost too much to stop working within a year. Makes sense to purchase a less expensive unit for the value I received. No response to email, either.

First I will say, I really like how you can actually smell the oils. This machine is powerful for sure. I'm currently using this on my first floor only. I don't have it hooked up to the HVAC. My downstairs is roughly 2000sq feet with 10ft ceilings. I would say this machine only covers less than half of my bottom floor. That was disappointing considering everyone keeps saying it covers 4500sq feet. Maybe if it was hooked up to the HVAC. I don't have a power outlet close by and I really don't want to put a hole in my A/C vent. This unit basically covers my kitchen, dining room and living room area which I'm ok with since the other spaces are bedrooms. If you have a space of 950 sq feet or less this will be amazing for you without being hooked up to AC unit. I read a lot of talk about the app and getting this set up. I truly didn't have any issues. I actually set it up manually through the unit itself. I later realized that the app is way easier to use for the programming. You can add what days, times, and how strong you want the scent to be. I've had no issues with connectivity or the unit itself. I will also address the noise that I saw people complain about. I can hear it at times but it's not really loud at all and it last for 30 seconds when the unit goes on and off. Unless you have this sitting directly next to you, I'm not sure how it would bother you? I've been using this for three days so far and I'm enjoying it. I honestly think the hardest part is finding a scent that I like. The oils are pretty expensive to be honest so I can't go out and buy 10 of them just to try. They range from 50-100 dollars for a 5oz bottle. The good news is this is very easy on using the scent. I haven't seen it drop much and I'm running my machine from 5am to 9pm daily. My final evaluation is that I'm happy that I got this. I love that I can control all aspects of the smell and times that it runs. I do enjoy the smell produced by the machine even with high ceilings and big open areas. I don't like that it won't cover my entire bottom floor without using the HVAC and how costly the oils are to put in the machine. ... show more

This is a pretty cool machine. Our loft smells like a luxury hotel now. Fill it with your favorite scent, plug it in and you're good. The phone app is a little clunky, but it works. I made the mistake of too many pumps of scent. Wow. It was effective - to the point of being obnoxious. So I re-calibrated to a few bursts a day, and it worked great. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the noise level. It's not bad or overwhelming. It's just there. Buzz, buzz as it's pumping.
