I highly recommend this if you have an e-bike it's a great speaker alternative to ones that go in your cup holder,i prefer this over their cylinder speakers

I love this speaker. The two eq modes are dumb as I just use the one that doesn’t suck all the bass from your music, but the speaker works so well. It comes with two different rubber spacers for the handlebar mount, and the ring mount is pretty large, definitely meant for old school bike handlebars. Luckily the fat spacer made it fit on my tiny bars. The wing nut to tighten it is plastic and I could see it breaking with a good fall, hopefully JBL can provide replacement mounts in the future. Classic JBL quality construction and sonic resolution rolled into a small handlebar speaker. Definitely decent bass depth for its size and paired to my iPhone with ease. Took longer to arrive than initially stated when the order was placed but proved to be worth the wait imo.

The design for the handlebar clamp mount is extremely poor and broke after 5 hours of normal, intended use - the JBL Product Designers really phoned it in for this one. There could’ve easily been a larger gusset/rib along the backside to support the speaker as it oscillates during normal riding vibration. Instead, there’s basically no feature to reduce stress concentration and this thing snapped off like a twig. Extremely disappointed. I must say; the speaker itself is great for the size, but this mount design deserves only 1/5 stars. ... show more

This speaker gets the fundamentals down well. It's a nice size for handlebar mounting, the sound quality is decent, although not groundbreaking, and it's super easy to attach to and remove from the included mounting bracket. However, it has a lot of little annoyances. First, even with the larger rubber spacer, the mounting bracket doesn't get tight enough to fit on my handlebars. I've dealt with it by putting it on my handlebar grip, which is a bit annoying, although not so much as to affect my operation of the bike. Second, the max volume isn't as loud as I would like it to be. I ride in an urban environment, which is often quite loud, and I often find myself trying to turn the volume up when it's already at its maximum. Finally, a lack of Google Assistant support means there's no good way to change my music on the move. Voice assistant support should be a given for an activity-focused speaker. ... show more
