I love the hands-free aspect of these. They are convenient for listening to music while moving around the house and take just a touch when a phone call comes in. The negatives? It doesn't pair easily with two devices. I use my phone for calls and my tablet for music and podcasts. The earbuds don't show active on both devices in Bluetooth settings so you have to manually go in and switch. I have Bluetooth speakers; you only need to hit one button to change devices and pair. These are different. Also, I was in the same boat as many others that could have been happier with the overall sound quality. My cheap corded $12 JBL earbuds from Walmart are my favorite, but I got tired of the cord getting in the way. Thus my excitement when I saw these on sale. Once I received the buds, I didn’t play with the inner ear tips because I’ve never had to with other earbuds, so I put them in. Eh, the sound was ok. I found the added bass feature on the app. It didn’t seem to help much. I resigned to put up with them since they basically do what they are supposed to and I didn't have a cord to deal with. Four days later, imagine my surprise when sitting in my chair; I rested my hand on the cartilage of my ear just past where the earphones were (I was trying to be careful not to hit the earphones and activate the pause button). Suddenly, the bass amped up, and the room noise disappeared! Unfortunately, I had no clue where the other inner ear tips that came with these new earbuds were, but I DID have my old corded JBL earbuds right beside me. I removed the tip and put it on my new cordless right side. It was much more comfortable, felt softer, and the bass was there! I quickly did the other side. I am amazed at what a difference changing the tips made. I did find that the replacement tips were a smidge larger in the charging case and made it so that I needed to push down on the buds to make sure they connected to the charge, but I'm OK with that. I really don’t know if I needed a smaller/bigger size or if it’s just because my old JBL tips are older and worn in. All I know is that it fixed my bass problem. Oh, and now when I push on the back of my ear, there is no change in the bass. That tells me they didn’t fit properly before; I just didn’t know it! ... show more

I love these earbuds they work great plenty loud as long as you have the volume limiter off in the app. Make sure to get the JBL app has a lot of features you can't access without the app! One feature I don't like is if you want to add multiple different gesture features you have to do it by category like volume or playback You can't mix and match I know this is JBL app restriction nothing wrong with earbuds but I hope for the future they implement it that way so I can pick and choose. One other thing that would have been nice to know what the charging case percentage is at vs red yellow green it would be a lot easier to judge how much life is left in charger BTW the earbuds show exactly how much charge percentage is in them just so I don't confuse anyone. Overall great earbuds for the price I'm not disappointed. 😁 ... show more

I just got these delivered, and I am using them right now, and I am so surprised by how good they are. One, the packing felt like I was opening an expensive set of headphones. Two, I sound great on phone calls!!!! That is the part I was worried about, I wanted good quality music, and I wanted to sound clear on the phone! I called two people, and they both said I sounded clear and close to the phone. The music quality is a 10/10, and on the app, you can change your audio settings. My favorite feature is the talk-through feature. It is a feature that allows you to play music while your talking and you can hear your conversation through the headphone as well. I have an iPhone, and it paired perfectly. It does have a voice prompt saying when you change a setting, but you can turn that off. The noise cancellation is not bad. Overall 10/10. I love them already. I knew JBL from their speakers, and I love them, so I did not expect anything less from their headphones! ... show more

I like this product and I got them for work so I'm a bit rough on them at times, tossing them in my truck or work space. They've held up well, only thing is they don't fit my ears, all the sizes one of them seems to fall out of my ears, be it left or right. Work well with iPhone. Sound is okay, adjusted it using the app. Not top of the line, not as good as Apple AirPods but I bought these to keep in my work backpack for occasional use. Bought this for my sons birthday as an alternate to the airpods he wanted. They were a good price. Sound quality and comfortability are comfortable and they come in a few different colors. Was easy to connect wirelessly took less than a minute once the package was opened
