I bought these earbuds as a back up to my old ones. Easy to setup and connect even faster than my old ones. They don't slip out unless you knock them out yourself while working out or going about your day. Sit comfortably in my ear but as with anything else, using it for a long period of time can leave your ear a bit sore. Overall would highly recommend them. Sound is great for the price. I've had these for a few months now and I can say I do like them a lot. There's just a couple of things I don't like about them. Pros: good sound quality, the smallest size of earpiece fits me well, the controls are simple, they're light but they hold up well to being dropped, short charging time. Cons: they look and feel cheap (including the case), if they're idle for too long they turn off and you have to put them back in the case to turn them back on, they're uncomfortable after about an hour of use, the controls are a little too simple, they slip out if you're active. I probably wouldn't buy these again if given a chance. And the wording is a little misleading. It says it has 18 hours of battery life on the case. What it really means by that is that it has that much available to charge the earbuds. You're gonna have to charge them daily if you use them daily. I can get one full charge on each earbud and then a half (ish) charge before I need to charge the case. On the bright side, with a good charger it only takes about 30mins to charge the case. Longer if the earbuds are dead. One more thing, don't turn them up that last notch. You'll blow your eardrums out. That last notch is a sudden, huge increase in sound and a massive drop in sound quality. ... show more

I love the all around sound. Not a bass enhanced product like beats or Bose but I would buy them again if I damaged or lost them. Good for sitting still. They have fallen out my ears multiple times so far. Not one complaint about the quality of my voice during phone calls from the other end. Easily connects to Siri, my iPhone and iPad as well. I've used an iPad, cell phone, Spotify, youtube music, netflix and tried the provided different size ear attachments trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. They are just not good. I bought 2 pairs - one for me and for my spouse. I was worried that it would fall out of my ear but it's a surprisingly snug fit. The sound quality is great. We've had them for about 2 months and I've only had to charge mine twice so far. It was a little tricky getting them to connect initially, but once you get it, it's a piece of cake. This is my first BT headphones and I'm thrilled with them. The pairing was very quick and when they are out of the box they connect to the last device in less than 10 sec. I do not find any latency between the device and the sound. I use them with a Nintendo Switch and other speakers show latency but not this ones. I got an average of 10 days of battery life of the case with 2-3 hours of use per day. I don't find them that they mute outside sounds, but I don't need that if I am on the street. The only negative is that the caps are not big enough for my ears to be securely fit. And using bigger ones makes that they do not fit well in the case. Let me preface this by saying that I went with these to replace a previous JBL model that I had very good use out of. The batteries simply stopped holding a charge after nearly 4 years of daily use. I am going to break this up into a few points that I hope help others when deciding on this product. 1. I mainly use these for audio books at a rate of around 90 minutes a day, give or take. I have used them for hands free calling as well. They preform well at both functions. Though I do not listen to music with them very often, the sound quality is average. They are small ear buds, do not expect a huge sound from them. 2. The battery life seems to be as good if not better than the previous model. I get about 2 weeks use at an hour to hour and a half per day nearly every day, so 15-20 hours per charge. 3. The ear buds them self are very comfortable. They feel very light and I often forget I have one or both of them in. The noise cancelling aspect is adequate without completely blocking out background noise that you may need to hear. The straight portion that aims down from your ear helps to keep them in a good position. The controls on the side of the ear buds are ok. I had to keep in mind that they were relying on touch, rather than a button press, but once I was used to them I had the pause, fast forward, and rewind controls down pretty good. I like that they are more reactive than the previous model which had a hard push needed to actually get them to pause and there was no ff/rw option. 4. Now the part that I do not like at all. The charging/storage case is just designed poorly. Either the case needs to be a little larger or the top needs to open all of the way, not just a 90 degree angle. This makes the buds very difficult to get out of the case. I have dropped these more in the past 2 weeks than the past 4 years with the prior model just trying to get them out of the case. I am going to say overall that I give these a generous 4 out of 5 for my usage (again I do not listen to music through them often). ... show more
