  • I am very pleased with the instrument
Size: 3814013-F
I am very pleased with the instrument , very nice . Delivered sooner than promised . I am new to playing but just love the sound when I can get it to its drone. When I am not trying to play it looks like a piece of art ! For a beginner the price is great.

  • Moldy instrument anybody? Moldy instrument anybody?
Size: Tone Cis
Trust me if I could give the zero stars I would because of the mold. For a company that claims 25 years experience (experience in what I'm not sure), they sure do make A LOT of rookie mistakes. In 25 years, apparently NOBODY has told them leaving wood on a cement floor will cause WATER DAMAGE AND MOLD. This "instrument" is filled with BOTH. The bell is COVERED IN MOLD. All that mold came from the surface the "instrument" was standing on. The water damage is so extensive that there's a huge crack going up the bell. Zero attempts to fix it. I know nobody cared to fix it because there are "attempts" to fix holes. The first most noticable is the giant wad of wood filler that was applied and nobody even bothered to sand it before they covered it with lindseed oil. There's numerous other holes on the instrument that make this Didgeridoo sound terrible. Not only does it sound terrible but playing it is torturous. The mouthpiece is SO SHARP. So they not have some 1200grit sandpaper to get rid of sharp edge. I mean people are going to put this instrument up to their face up to their lips to play it you can't have sharp edges on a mouthpiece...... That's like instrument making 101 not instrument making after 25 years ...... I just don't get it. Then while you play you get the honor of staring directly at a hole right in the mouthpiece joint. And you get to hear your air escape. Let's talk about the finish.... Or lack there of. The instrument looks like maybe somebody took a rag lightly soaked in linseed oil and kind of just dabbed it all over and called it "done". The work is splotchy and it's not the wood because you could see the woods color and where the colors change and then you could see where an attempt was made at putting a finish on this instrument. I have 25 years of experience with wood, My father has 63 years experience with wood, in my grandfather has 83 years of experience with wood. Collectively that's 171 years of experience working with wood. So believe me when I say ....this is garbage! Would probably make for good firewood..... As long as you don't breathe in the moldy smoke being released. Not sure if I should get an exchange, if that's even possible, or just return it for a refund because who wants to play a moldy instrument?? ... show more

  • Good for the price
Size: 3814013-F
It's my 3rd didgeridoo. In tone of F great for fast drum patterns and easy to drone. Not a bad for the price. I felt the inside should of been cleaned up. I end up putting sand paper on a rope and knocked out some wood chips/ splitters and now produces a crisper sound. It be nicer if it was a little thinner for a more bassy noise but I think just personal preference. ... show more

  • Love it.
Size: 3814013-F
Loving my new Didge. This is my second one, as I purchased a cheaper plastic one to learn on. Now that I can actually play, this one is really great. It’s heavyweight and not too great for traveling but if you are looking for a Didge that sounds great and is easy to play, this is it. Good vocals, percussion and drone. The F key isn’t exactly spot on, but close enough. ... show more

  • Fantastic!
Size: Tone D
Much better than I expected from an Amazon didgeridoo. There was what looked like a natural fault line from the rim of the bell to about 8 inches up the side(not a crack per se, a clean line following the fiber), but it looked so well locked down that I didn't worry about it. I've used it extensively at this point with no special attention paid to moisture stability in the cold north and have even had some... unexpected collisions... and it's held up like a tank minus some little surface dings. Makes my head vibrate in ways I can't even describe, a pleasure to own. Added a wax ring to the mouthpiece, c'est magnifique! ... show more

  • Didgeridoo and you too.
Size: 3814013-F
My Didgeridoo is one heck of a conversational item. Most people know what it is but have never seen one. If I can ever get around the circular breathing thing, I will be playing it. Mine does not have the bug and snake carvings on it, but I prefer the natural wood look alone. If you get one you could just tell people it's for keeping your mother-in-law in line. The reason I purchased one in the first placed was I had heard playing one helped with snoring and thus sleep apnea. So. . . ... show more

  • Inside is not smooth and completely covered with splinters that block sound travel Inside is not smooth and completely covered with splinters that block sound travel
Size: Tone D
It was not properly sanded down on the inside, it’s rough course and full of splinters. It produces an average sound as a result. An inexperienced didgeridoo player would still be able to learn, but for that beautiful sound this will require tools and work to be able to actually sound properly. So 1 stars because I have to finish the work. ... show more
