I bought these as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter so I can't comment on long term use yet but I briefly tried them out before I wrapped them and the sound was good but a little "tinny". They will do well for an 11 year old. They are comfortable thanks to the padded headband but again, I only used them for a short period of time so this review could change later on. I have gotten these many times, because if you drop them once or twice after having them for a month or so they will break and the audio will be messed up. I do really like these headphones though, just be gentle with them.

Quality is good, but the ear muff pieces fit a bit snug and the they are a little too small. They don't fully cover my ears and my ears are on the smaller side
