  • Great quality
Style: JBL Quantum 910 Wireless
I absolutely love these things, so good. Great noise cancellation, battery life, easy to set up and use with multiple systems. Super comfortable.

  • I Hear What I Want to Hear, and not What I Don't Want to Hear
Style: JBL Quantum 910 Wireless
I love these. I can move around the house and still hear what's going on in game or lobby. The sound quality is great. And the noise canceling is a bonus.

  • AWESOME!
Style: JBL Quantum 910 Wireless
These headphones will not let you down. They're by far one of the most comfortable headphones I own. And I own a lotttt of headphones from expensive studio headphones, to generic "gaming" headphones, etc. These are amazing with fit. I have a fairly large head and plenty of room for a larger head. They also have a great sounding driver, but if you want to tweak it more to your sound style, there's a JBL app that you can install on the PC to adjust many things about the headphones sound. It also connects to your phone or any Bluetooth device for playback from the dongle and Bluetooth at the same time. Wish I had known about these headphones earlier. they're great! ... show more

  • Comfy and great Quality
Style: JBL Quantum 910 Wireless
While these headphones are comfortable for long use, I will say that when I first had to set them up... man it was a chore. Connectivity kept failing. BUT I largely think it was more the app/interfaces fault. Not the headphones. JBL updated and have a new one now and my buddies say it isn't so bad to pair them. Just my setup time sucked. Setting up spatial audio also sucked (I suspect old app pairing issue). Ear cups work great and fit great. Sound quality is phenomenal. The pivoting cups are a game changer. Microphone is crisp and clear and works great. I've been asked many times what headset I use because my chat quality is so flawless in game. Plus, it doesn't pick up background noise, so my team only hears me. My main 1 gripe that I have is that the directional audio (turn your head left, the audio shifts to your right side) doesn't work great. Maybe I got a bad set but it never holds the "zeroed" position. Literally never. Tried countless times and changed every setting I could find. I zero it and the zeroed position always start rotating to the left? I checked online and its like no one has had the problem except me. Oh well. I just simply don't use it. Only time it'd be really useful (I think) is with VR and I don't have VR. Since this headset is so good I didn't see any reason to return it for a feature that I didn't even know existed until I saw it in the app lol ... show more

  • Nice Bass, Terrible Defect
Style: JBL Quantum 910 Wireless
I'm switching over to this headset after a Logitech G935 and then an Audeze Maxwell. The headset has an outrageously bassy noise profile, which is why I bought it and I'm very happy with that part of the headset. However, I bought a headset, not headphones and am often chatting with friends for hours at a time. Sometimes when I go AFK for 20ish minutes and then return, the microphone only transmits the most excessively loud and egregious static, imagine someone screaming in your ears. I can typically fix it pretty quickly by resetting the device in whatever app I'm using, however I just screamed in everyone ears. You can be a wonderful person but if you're painful to be around then that's what people will associate you with. I mentioned the other headsets because I haven't had these issues with those other headsets. There are other positive qualities of this headset but the microphone issue is so glaring I only can request you stay away from this headset until it's been resolved. Do a quick search, you'll see others are having the same issue. Update: The left speaker is now blown, stay away. ... show more

  • Had the JBL Quantum Ones and got these
Style: JBL Quantum 910 Wireless
As I said I had the Quantum Ones which were the top of the line headphones a few years back. They were wired though and so had their draw backs. I kept accidently pulling away and ripping them off my head, so they got damaged lol. Figured the best way to avoid that issue is to finally get wireless headphones and that was something I was waiting to do for a while. I am a bit of a snob when it comes to sound quality. I am not a super audiophile, but I appreciate good sound quality and bass. Something wireless headphones did not meet my standards and also have long last batteries. These headphones are essentially the Quantum Ones I used to have, but wireless. The sound quality is basically the same, which is great. The mic is either the same quality or maybe a slight bit better. Most friends on discord say I either sound the same or maybe a bit better. Given the prior mic was good, I am fine with that. The battery seems to be fine, with me going a few days of gaming and talking on discord without needing to charge. So I think that is fine. Only had one issue and that is with pairing with the JBL software, it does not let me edit settings or anything if the headphone is not plugged in, which is a pain in my ass. I don't have enough USB ports on my computer, so I charge the headset through a port on my monitor. That of course does not connect it to the PC, so if I want to edit settings I have to unplug it and plug it back into the PC. No idea why that is a thing. Overall, besides that one inconvenience, they are great so far. A bit pricy, but i like them. ... show more

  • Great noise cancellation & multi-device audio, but overpriced with a weak mic
Style: JBL Quantum 910 Wireless
I’ve had the JBL Quantum 910 wireless headset for a little over 17 months and I use it every day, mostly for gaming and work. I'll say that it is comfortable! The noise cancellation is easily the best part. I have a dog that barks a lot and it blocks out way more background noise than I expected, which makes it really useful for work calls. But for what this headset costs, I think it has too many downsides. The biggest one is the microphone. It just doesn’t sound good at all and there isn’t much you can do to fix it. The JBL Quantum app actually works fine and has a lot of settings, but even messing with it, the mic still sounds bad. The audio itself is solid, but it’s very bass heavy, typical JBL. Sometimes it sounds great and other times it feels a little too bassy. I’m sure I could probably improve it if I spent more time adjusting the EQ in the app, but I haven’t really sat down and done that. The main reason I still use this headset is the ability to connect multiple Bluetooth devices at the same time. Being able to listen to music while also doing something else is a feature I wish more headsets had and JBL does it better than anything I’ve used. Overall, they aren’t terrible, but I don’t think they’re worth the full price. If you can find them used for a good deal, maybe. On the plus side, the headset has held up fine over the 17 months I’ve had it and nothing has broken or worn out from normal use. The only issue would be that the cuts out sometimes and I have still yet to figure out why. I think it's due to age even though this headset isn't old... with all that being said I would give this headset a solid three stars. If I could it would probably be a 2 1/2 though now because of the mic problem. ... show more
