I use these speakers regularly in clubs and bars and they have plenty enough power for what I need them for. When using them in a wedding setting, I like to pair up with at least one subwoofer. I don’t get other comments on the sound of these speakers. If you know how to set your system up in a way that allows you some overhead and you tweak your EQ’s, these will sound as full and rich as any other speaker brand out there. You can’t just plug and play on professional speakers without making the necessary adjustments to make them sound as they were designed to be. The 715’s are heavy, but are still somewhat lighter than some other brands. Plastic but VERY solid construction. Electronics on the back are self-explanatory and provide LOTS of options depending on pairing choices. Buy the covers for storage and transport and you’ll significantly increase the clean “out of the box” look of these speakers. ... show more

Product arrive fast. Boxes were severely damage with different colored tape. One of the speakers power cord was missing. I assume it came out of the box at some point considering the amount of holes in them. Speaker works so far. I will be contacting to send me a cord.

This thing has amazing sound! I had it out of the box and on a pole in 3 minutes. I upgraded from Rockville. One of these sounds better than both my Rockville speakers (also with 12 inch woofers). For small events I doubt I will need to add a sub. I might be hooked on JBL now.

I tried the EON710's. They sounded great. I loved all of the eqing features. The power button was a little slow to turn on. They were nice and light but they were a little bigger than I had hoped for. I wish they had a handle of the side. The speaker is a bit slippery and with no handle on the side I felt like they could slip out of my hand when lifting them to put on speaker poles. You can't really use the top handle if the pole is higher than your reach. I understand the 12" has a side handle. I ended up returning them and buying QSC CP12's. They are smaller and I already have a matching QSC sub and they were not that much more money. But the JBl's would have worked fine if I had kept them. ... show more
