I’ve never used an espresso machine before so I don’t have anything to compare this to other than what I get from various coffee shops. As far as I’m concerned this machine is just flat awesome. The packaging was well thought out and secure. I made a cup with a pod and another with my regular “chop” grinder, I have a burr grinder on the way. The machine is so easy to use and the instructions are surprisingly good. Any problems I had were because initially I was in to big of a hurry. When I read them the 2nd time I easily saw what I did wrong. I used this for over a week. The coffee machine comes with two heads: one for espresso and one for Nespresso. If you get bored of making coffee yourself, use the Nespresso one—it's amazing and extracts all flavors. (It does come with Nespresso coffee for u to try out) I would definitely recommend it. Its features has far exceeded my expectations. I originally just wanted a capsule coffee maker, but it works for ground coffee as well. My roommate, an almost twenty year veteran coffee lover, now loves it even more than I do. She taught me how to make coffee taste good, and I'm now a coffee lover too lol. Another feature I love is its milk frother, and while I'm very unskilled at it, it's definitely made my coffee making experience a lot more fun.
