I’ve never used an espresso machine before so I don’t have anything to compare this to other than what I get from various coffee shops. As far as I’m concerned this machine is just flat awesome. The packaging was well thought out and secure. I made a cup with a pod and another with my regular “chop” grinder, I have a burr grinder on the way. The machine is so easy to use and the instructions are surprisingly good. Any problems I had were because initially I was in to big of a hurry. When I read them the 2nd time I easily saw what I did wrong. I’m hooked, I’ve been using a Keurig for probably a dozen years but I think it might be gathering a little dust going forward.

I used this for over a week. The coffee machine comes with two heads: one for espresso and one for Nespresso. If you get bored of making coffee yourself, use the Nespresso one—it's amazing and extracts all flavors. (It does come with Nespresso coffee for u to try out) I would definitely recommend it. I wish it had auto-cleaning function. It’s useful and versatile I have not found any problems yet. Will keep you posted.

This is my first espresso coffee makers. it is small, just the right size I am looking for as I am the only one who has coffee often, and easy to use. It comes with many functions and tools. The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t a big fan of coffee, but I'm an ADHD and I have to get a certain amount of caffeine to help me maintain focus. I chose this coffee maker because of its looks. Its features has far exceeded my expectations. I originally just wanted a capsule coffee maker, but it works for ground coffee as well. My roommate, an almost twenty year veteran coffee lover, now loves it even more than I do. She taught me how to make coffee taste good, and I'm now a coffee lover too lol. Another feature I love is its milk frother, and while I'm very unskilled at it, it's definitely made my coffee making experience a lot more fun. I shouldn't be getting a new coffee maker for ten years, if it keeps working properly.

Used nespresso pods and the milk frother was good too. With practice, you could even make somewhat of an latte art with it.
