What may not matter to some, I’m going to start with just the packaging. Every piece of this bike was packaged in foam to prevent scratches/dents. This had to be an extra cost for the company. Very well done. Assembly was simple and took me about 15 minutes to put together. This bike is very well made and looks great. The seat is comfortable and the brakes work great. This is my first e-bike so I’m still learning what is best for me with pedal assist and gears. I haven’t ridden it long enough yet to test the battery. I will tell you this bike is fast. I was skeptical at first because all the reviews say they come damaged but THEY DON'T both bikes r in perfect condition and work flawless. very easy setup tons of power. very easy bike to pedel. Pros: It's low cost ebike on Amazon that gets up to 20 miles an hour on throttle alone. Battery is easy to remove and charge with the bike being heavy which both a con and a pro as it is harder to steal no doubt. Comes with an extremely bright headlight, like it's seriously bright. Cons: If you're short like me (5'8") you will have trouble with this bike as you can't sit on the seat with having both your feet on the ground. Bike had all the parts, but a front tire that required us to remove the installed front bolt as it was sheered off in the factory or delivery, requiring us to install the spare. It's a heavy bike and hard to peddle without power assist, but is effortless with it. Not the most comfortable thing to sit on, but it gets the job done. Verdict: Might have problems if you're shorter, some difficulties in putting it together. Fast and nimble as a good commuter bike, would buy a different seat. ... show more

i have only had bike for a week. here is what i can say so far. i have not owned an ebike before. it came on time and was not damaged packaging was ok. instructions on assembly was pretty vague but i have put together my far share of bikes took me 4 hours to put together mostly because bike rack and finders where added options and came with no Assembly instructions. once together and after charging battery i turned it on and had no error readings. i went for my first ride 2 miles and went through all 21 gears and all pedal assists (3) with no problems. like i said first time ebike rider and i was impressed i am 64 years old and thought i was threw with bike ridding but this was so easy and so much fun!! . i cant wait to go up my first hill. now i want to test battery life ,hills,roads,trails and then i will give a update on battery life and charging time. well 2nd review i have taken bike up hills and off road and i'm very happy with performance !! went 45 miles on pedal assist 1 battery still had two bars left out of five ( 3 green, 1 orange, 1 red ) i charged battery once it got to yellow bar could have probably gone 15-20 more miles before reaching red bar and charging. my average speed was about 11 mph. on pedal assist 3 gear 21 i can go up to 21 mph and i weigh 230 lbs! 21 mph may not sound fast but on a bike it is ! going up hill on pedal assist 2 and 3 ( depending on how steep hill was) i maintained 11 mph with gear changes also. i am changing my rating from a 4 to a 5 because i am really happy with performance of bike,ease of riding, battery life and cost ! and its a really nice looking bike ! had to edit one more time cause i promised to comment on charging time. i rode bike down to last bar (red) and then charged it took 5 and a half hours to fully charge. according to site and book that's normal, I've been told there are bikes that charge faster (but you probably pay more or get less miles off charge). charger does get warm to hot, so i recommend charging outside or in garage and battery off bike. if you have any other ?s please ask me. It seems the question i get the most is how much does it weigh answer around 60 lbs. ... show more

I've just started bicycling after 30 something years. I didn't want to spend a fortune on an e-bike while I got my feet wet in this new hobby. The bike was delivered quickly and my husband had it assembled the same day it arrived. The display is easy to read. Absolutely love the boost the electric bike gives. So easy on the legs while pedaling. I am nowhere near the top gear in speed as it already goes fast enough at the lower speeds, even knocking off my hat. Overweight junk with no quality control. Battery shipped with bike was damaged and will not lock into frame. After a week of exchanging videos and pictures, they offered me my choice of a lock or phone holder to make up for it, but no new battery. All I requested is a battery that fits and locks into the frame. I am returning the bike. Beware they will deduct $100 from your refund for shipping AND you have to pay to return it, another $127. The short ride I did take was terrifying - the brakes are not adequate for the weight of the bike (60 lbs) and rider (170 lbs). ... show more

I have been thinking about getting an E-Bike for sometime. In fact I had one picked out already that cost 4 times what this one did. However I just wasn’t sure whether I really wanted to invest $2000 into one. Anyhow I found this one on Amazon and got it today. First it was extremely easy to put together. The complicated stuff was already done. Within an hour I was riding it. I charged the battery up and two hours later I took off down the road. I used the pedal assist some but the bike rode so well I didn’t need to use it much. I went about 10 miles and only used one bar of energy.
