Their response was prompt and professional. As someone who has owned 4 different e-bikes over the past 5 years, I can confidently say that Jasion Bikes exceeded my expectations. The biggest surprise was how easy it was to assemble - previous bikes required my partner's help, but I was able to put this one together by myself in my living room, thanks to the clear instructions. The quality is great, especially considering the price point. The bike performs well, and I'm enjoying every ride.     • no electric-only mode as advertised
DO NOT BUY. Half these reviews must be fake. First off the bike does not come with a manual. Such a cheap thing to save pennies on, and it's indicative of the rest of the bike, and the electronic manual sucks. Also the bike DOES NOT have an electric-only mode which was advertised on the website. This was the main reason I bought it. There is no way to just pedal manually and then tap on the throttle like you can on other ebikes when you need it. This one forces you to use its insane pedal assist if you want the throttle to work, where if you even slightly pedal on PAS level 1, the motor will kick in on high gear. Its very unpredictable and kind of scary. Also you cant go top speed unless you set to pedal assist 5 which is insane. You should be able to tap throttle whenever and go top speed. One of the top reviews says this bike is super easy to pedal even without electric assist. That is a flat lie. I have another older ebike that is heavier and it is easier to pedal WITH a kid's bike trailer attached, than this is without one. I dont know what they did, but is the most painful bike ever to pedal. ... show more

When the bike first arrived the box was slightly damaged on the outside and as it turned out the rear tire motor was throwing an E36 error code. The bike once assembled didn’t work. When I sent an email explaining the situation to Jasion I got an almost immediate response. The communication for troubleshooting and part replacement was seamless. Based on my description of the problem Jasion was able to diagnose my problem and sent me a rear tire and motor free of charge. Once the replacement motor was installed the bike operates flawlessly. I’m impressed the bike works as well as it does considering there are lots of options on the market for e-bikes. Overall I’m happy with the quality of the bike and its power, but most of all I’m impressed with the quick feedback I got from the company. ... show more

This ebike rides smooth and comfortable while riding. I had purchased 2 other ebikes before this one and by far this one is with out doubt the best out of the 3. I like the fact that it comes with turn signals wich is a plus for me. And the battery pops out if you wanted to charge it inside your house. If your looking for an ebike that is well built and fast this is the one for you!!! ... show more
