I love my Romer bike! First time purchasing an e-bike, so did not really know what to do. I did not want to go to low, nor pay too much, so I selected Jasion because of the great look and it could be purchased under a $1,000. The box arrived when promised. It does require some assembly, which worried me since I am not mechanically incline. However, there is a great tutorial video I used. I was able to entirely assemble my own bike in the living room and everything worked perfectly. The bike includes headlights, turn signals, bike rack, and the actual controls. You can pedal the bike on your own, or select different pedal assists. I usually use the lowest setting 1 just to have an assist and still get exercise by pedaling. The bike does have a throttle which comes in handy if you have to stop at a street and want to get across quicky after stopping. The battery life and the miles you can ride are excellent, but keep in mind that results can vary because the heavier you are, the more battery it uses. It also drains your battery the higher the pedal assist you use and how often you use the throttle. The 5 assist can take you close to 30 MPH! I am 6'1, weigh 220 and typically use pedal assist 1, use the throttle sparingly, and can ride the bike about 40 miles. This is amazing! You learn how to gage your battery and I usually turn around and head back when the battery gage reads half. If you do miscalculate, you can still pedal the bike home without assist. Just keep in mind the bike is heavier, so it does take a little more effort. I have found myself in this situation. Caution: I want to bring up that the bike can lurch ahead on its own. I have found out the hard way and wrecked a couple of times. When power is on, if you move the bike and the pedals move, the bike thinks you are pedaling and will jump into assist and start moving. It is important to keep your hands on the brakes or turn the power off to avoid any problems. I've had this bike for over a year with no problems. I purchased a better seat (wider and more cushion); a cargo bag to hold snacks, book, small groceries; an attachment for my phone, and a bike helmet. I found this bike to be a game changer for me. I still have my regular mountain bike that will still use, but I don't ride for long. This bike is exciting and fun. I have lost almost 80 lbs. since I got this bike and always look forward to riding it. I saw some negative reviews, but honestly, I have not had any problems. I got my bike serviced last spring and upgraded my brakes, calibrated the gears, and bought puncture proof tires. I highly recommend this bike!

This ebike rides smooth and comfortable while riding. I had purchased 2 other ebikes before this one and by far this one is with out doubt the best out of the 3. I like the fact that it comes with turn signals wich is a plus for me. And the battery pops out if you wanted to charge it inside your house. If your looking for an ebike that is well built and fast this is the one for you!!!

The media could not be loaded. At the age of 43 my wife and I purchased 2 bicycles for leisurely use on the weekends. It had been almost 2 decades I had ridden a bike on a regular basis so I could not go very far without wearing myself out. I decided to look into e-bikes and didn’t realize how many options were available so I spent about 5-6 weeks researching the e-bikes on Amazon + more expensive options available in the Bike shops around Austin. It was pretty overwhelming to say the least. I’m 6’4 280 lbs so I need a bike with a large frame and wheel size. I decided to try the Jasion Roamer because it seemed to be the best fit for a low cost e-bike. Shipping and assembly: I just received the bike 2 days ago and I could tell that it was mishandled by FedEx because the box was in rough shape. The head light and tail light were both on when I opened the box and were very hot so I imagine they had been on for a while. Unboxing and assembly were fairly easy after watching a few videos on YouTube. All the parts were in box but the LCD display mount was broken (easy fix) and the left side plastic casing around the horn/light switch was cracked causing the horn button to come loose. Jasion has sent replacement parts so we’ll see how it goes. Not sure about replacing the switch casing but I wrapped some electrical tape around it for now to make it look cleaner. Temporarily using a phone mount for the lcd display. First impressions: While the bike is a little smaller than I had hoped, I am able to ride it comfortably enough with the seat raised as high as it goes. Let the battery charge overnight and first ride was very surprised by how the bike takes off! All of the areas I was struggling with on my bicycle were now easy to conquer. I’ve only put a few miles on the bike so far but am excited to take it out on some trails to explore places to fly my DJI Neo! Aside from the broken parts, so far so good for a beginner. We’ll see how the battery and motor holds up. [Update 12/7] Received the replacement parts and swapped them out easily so now the original problem is fixed now on to the next. When I first assembled the bike, the battery was not seated flush in the battery mount. It wasn’t bad so I decided not to worry about it. A couple days later the battery would not lock into the battery compartment and was loose. Took it out and noticed the lip that makes it clip into place was chipped. Jasion support is sending a new battery cover directly from China so will be a couple weeks at least until it arrives. Hopefully it is not too difficult to replace. For now I’m using 2 heavy duty zip ties to hold the battery in place. Will update once I get the replacement part. Update 12/17: received a new battery from Jasion and now all issues are resolved. It took some time so if you are using an e-bike as your everyday commuter vehicle, the situation would be much more frustrating but since I just ride the bike for fun, it really wasn’t too bad Waiting a couple weeks to get all the issues caused by the shipping resolved. Still love the bike it’s a lot of fun to ride. I find it hilarious as hell with all the bicyclists giving you the stink eye when they see you riding an e bike on the hike and bike trails. Highly recommended.

I ordered 2 Jasion bikes and they both came packaged excellent and as promised. The quality seems quite good for this price . We have not had much time for riding, but the bikes seem to handle and ride well. All functions initially seem to work well. I had an issue on one bike and was able to resolve it and Jasion was helpful and timely in responding. We looked at bikes at the local bike shop , but at roughly 3 X the price I decided to try these due to the mostly positive reviews and good price.
