    • It’s a solid EBike from a notable brand with support
I researched ebikes for a week or so before settling on Jasion. I wanted to make sure the company i chose had customer service and a good reputation as there are a lot of no name bikes out there and if you meed support there is no one to contact. That being said, we chose the old model retrovolt for our teen boys because we liked the styling of the bike. When the item arrived the one of the seats was damaged in packing, the customer service sent me a new seat immediately after contacting them with pix. No complaints there. As far as the performance, it’s everything they say it is. You can get it up to 30 mph pretty quickly. It’s fun to ride. The battery lasts a long time. It’s functional if you add a basket to it. It’s easy to put together and I’m not mechanically inclined. All the brake pads rubbed badly out of the box so i wish they gave instruction on how to adjust those. (As all 3 of the bikes i ordered from them had this issue ) It is fitted for a second person, i have not tried two up but i don’t think it would be comfortable and i doubt it would have the same level of power getting to higher speeds. We use it off and on road which is why we chose this model. Handles both effortlessly. I kind of think the chain pedal assist is stupid. It would make way more sense to just make it full powered. But I’m sure there is a legal reason they all have pedal assist. It is not a bike you are ever gonna just pedal ride. I guess if you ran out of juice on your battery, but it would be a difficult journey. I also nought the YR20 Jaison from the website which is basically the updated version. It is quicker off the line. It has some upgraded parts. It came with a 2 yr warranty and was only a couple hundred more. I would recommend this for bang for the buck and quality. ... show more

They were super easy to assemble, batteries were easy to charge. The bike rides great! I will say the seats are fairly comfortable once you get used to them. We have them for occasional use while we are wintering in Florida and work great for us. We love the pedal assist feature. The display is easy to read and they also have a horn and headlight which we like. So far we have had no issuess and they are great for what we use them for. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced Electric bike I would recommend getting these. ... show more

It arrived very well packed, without any damage. I found it easy to put together, even though I have no experience. I did go to a hardware store to buy longer bolts to secure the back rack. I've had the bike for almost 2 months and it, the tires and the battery are in perfect condition. I ride it daily because I don't have a car. A full battery has taken me on many 18 mile round trips with more than a fifth of the battery life left, and that's with using just the throttle. The headlight is bright. I've also been able to test it's water resistance, as I was caught in a torrential rainstorm (I live in Florida). I don't advise going through deep puddles since the motor hub is on the back tire axle. I also don't advise leaving the battery in the bike if it's going to be in direct sunlight. I've had to use duck tape to waterproof the port where the charger plugs into the bike because the rubber stopper won't stay in. The seat came loose and became jiggly, so I have to tighten it with an Allen wrench. Overall I believe this was a very good investment for me. I am 5'2" and about 110 pounds, but with the seat all the way down (so I can touch the road when not in motion), I don't find this bike to be too big for me. The suspension handles really rundown and bumpy sidewalk very well. The tires are awesome, because of their width and overall size you don't have to worry about patches of sand or transitioning from sidewalk over grass to the road etc. In conclusion, I love this bike and think you will too. ... show more

I ordered the Pro. A great bike, with a couple of issues. Shipping was super fast. Welds look sturdy and well done. Seat is comfortable. Had to realign front breaks upon assembly ( that allen wrench wasnt included). Front fork wasnt centered, had to adjust. Recommends a special wrench to adjust front and rear shocks. Make sure you watch assembly videos so you dont miss anything. Check your nuts and bolts, make sure everything is tight. Air up the tires correctly. Make sure cruise control is off when first riding. Ive only got it up to 31 mph so far (I'm 5'10" 220) ALSO, why this bike isnt included in the companion app blows my mind. ... show more

Arrived defective. The rear tire rubs against the frame and fender so badly that the wheel barely turns, and the bike won’t pedal forward properly. I spent hours troubleshooting and even removing the fender, only to find the tire still grinding against the frame. Terrible quality control. A brand-new $600 e-bike should not require repairs just to be rideable. Now I’m stuck figuring out how to return a huge assembled bike. Avoid. ... show more

The bikes arrived at different times from each other but seller stayed in touch assuring us the one missing would be hear. It arrived two days later. The bikes are very nice looking and built tuff. Putting together was a little confusing but once we watched a video it was easy. Everything is working and they ride very well. We are taking them on a camping trip this week so we will see how they hold up. I think they will be great. Will report again after trip. ... show more

The bike arrived a day later than expected due to FedEx shipping delays. Regardless, when i opened up the box, talk about the excellent packaging the company went through to make sure it arrived all in one piece. Took me like 10 minutes to unwrap all the cushion. I have to admit, assembling wasn’t the easiest thing at all. I actually watched YouTube videos and asked for professional help. The book manual isn’t the best, as it’s in black/white. As for the bike, it is very strong and very easy to ride. It’s not complicated to use, especially if you’re new to E-bikes, I recommend this one. It goes up the hills well and accelerates pretty well. Everything about the hike is what you want. Of course I plan to upgrade some stuff like a bike seat and add some mirrors. The seat that it comes with isn’t bad at all though. If you’re in the market for an e-bike and just want the basics, I highly recommend this one. I don’t regret buying it, I would recommend it to any of my friends. I’m not the one to write reviews ever but had too for this one. ... show more
