I should've given my bike 0 stars. Here's the thing I love this bike, which makes this next statement even harder or hurtful to say. I've had this bike for just over a month. It has good power its comfortable and solid as a rock, I really like it. Until I went to leave from work over a week ago now and the screen wouldn't turn on. I tried everything and nothing worked BTW not fun to pedal. Had to pedal home. So I get home and started trying to figure out the problem. I checked the battery with a meter got good power I narrow it down to the display. I have a couple Ebikes around so I plugged another display in and it fired right up but it put up an e10 code telling me it won't communicate with the controller. I'm bummed this is my transportation, my freedom I'm dead in the water. I contacted Jasion through Amazon and explain the dude won't even listen to what I'm saying he tells me to email so I did that this was over a week ago and still not a word. I'm mechanically inclined so I start to try to fix it myself turns out, and this is important Jasion bike parts are proprietary which means you have to buy the parts from them. I wouldn't mind that but they don't have the parts. They dont even have a parts department, Look it up. Anyway I learned alot about the controllers and wiring so now in order to save my bike I had to order a new display, wiring harness, and controller. Hopefully if things go well ill convert it to open source parts that are interchangeable. The cost for me to have an operational bike after only 30 days of riding is well over $200 and I still haven't heard from jasion. Please when looking for ebikes make availability of parts a priority. This was a big investment for me. I use it to get to work and these guys have no interest in you after the sale. I'm bummed I love the chassis and the ride but its sitting in my garage and I'm walking. Everything is a risk i went through Amazon because I know they demand customer satisfaction but honestly it does you no good when you are walking needing parts and they dont respond. I get the whole proprietary thing. it's smart to have your customers buy their parts from you. But they dont have the parts and they are rude and don't listen. Not in the least bit happy. 30 days to the day from delivery it stopped working. I hope you read this jasion. I was proud of this bike and its been a nightmare. Either switch to open source parts or get a parts department that knows what to do and talk to customers. I pray my research works and I can get it going but I shouldn't have to do this. What good is a warranty if nobody responds. Then when you call they know you got a problem and chew you out because you are already on the list of things they are blowing off. If I could swear I would. If you read this far do not buy one single jasion product. I couldn't be more disappointed and frankly exausted. ... show more
