The Jasion EB7’s two bike set (note: they are not the same bike, but we don’t notice any difference) are what my husband and I ordered. There was an issue with damage to one of the forks and after contacting them, they replaced right away. They also sent a video on how to install. These bikes have so much power, we can’t imagine going above 4. The throttle is really nice for your start off and you have such great control of your speed with both the numbered levels and gears. I read another’s review that stated this bike doesn’t assist her uphill. I am not sure if she doesn’t know how to use the bike correctly, but we find serious power and assistance for our older needs. The only downfall was that we didn’t realize they are class 3 and only class ones are allowed in our national park locally. But we had class ones before apparently and couldn’t be happier with the Jasion bikes level of power, quality and customer service response. ... show more

At first I thought I had a problem because it stated in manual not to change speed setting....but level was at 2 which will make it only go 12-14 mph, and it must be changed to at least 3 to get a good speed going. Received mine today. Come out of the box and in 15 minutes unpackaged and assembled. Well please with the overall look of the bike. Sturdy built and easy to adjust and ride. Smooth ride with the hydraulic shock on the rear "A" frame and front forks. Ample speed even on the unassisted pedal mode. Very please right now. Would like a Tricycle for my wife.     • Practical e-bike
Selecting and buying a good and suitable bike or e-bike might be not an easy task, particularly without visiting bike shops. For the task, I searched several online sites including Amazon website to select a reliable bike for my purposes, that is, riding for exercise as well as recreational purposes. Because I have no prior experience in riding e-bike, first it was not easy even to decide whether to choose a regular bike or e-bike. Upon study and consideration, I first decided to select a folding bike option, whether it is regular or e-bike. After consuming considerable time and efforts in searching and product review, Jasion EB7 (version 2) e-bike caught my attention because it was sold at a reasonable price below 1,000 USD and includes most of the features/specs I wanted to have, such as folding feature, good power and riding range per charge, and it also included most basic accessories such as headlight and tail-light, rear rack, and fenders. I purchased this product through Amazon website, and the package was delivered within a few days of order, and the delivery package was relatively in good condition. The e-bike was delivered in “almost” assembled condition except a few, and my initial assembly of the e-bike was not that difficult and it took about less than an hour although I did not have any prior experience in bike assembling. The only task I have encountered some difficulties in the assembling process was assembling the front wheel to the bike frame. Even though I looked at the user manual provided, I was momently without clue regarding how to assemble the two together. However, since I had watched a couple of product review videos via YouTube when I do my e-bike searches, I can solve the task with the help of such videos, and I finally succeeded the assembling process by myself. I think an ordinary person who has no prior bike assembly experience might confront similar difficulties in the assembly process of the front wheel to the frame, and thus, I suggest that the maker Jasion should have included more detailed assembly information in the user manual, such as photos with better resolution, particularly for the front wheel assembly process. Now, I have ridden my Jasion e-bike several times so far. I feel my riding experience of Jasion EB7 is relatively positive even though I found a couple of concerns with this bike. Most of my concerns are relatively minor, but what I am concerned most so far is it sometimes makes squeaky noises around the front brake disc area. I think this issue may be solved if I can adjust the portions around the front disc brake area. As I am not quite sure about this issue and I do not have prior experience in bike assembly, I will contact the Jasion company for this issue, and I will try to upload a follow-up review in this regard if possible. ... show more

My wife and I retired recently, bought a couple ten speeds, oh that’s not for us lol way to much work, thought I was going to have a heart attack going up a small hill, it was not enjoyable for either of us. Then we saw these E-bikes, these have to be better and oh baby are they ! We still want to get our exercise but we would like to enjoy the ride as well. This thing called pedal assist is what we needed, you have up to 5 settings to choose from, 1 goes about 5 miles an hour 2 goes 9 miles an hours 3 about 12 and so on, what this means to me is cruse control, set your number for the speed you would like to go and start pedaling, it will help to start and go to the speed and maintain, we pedal at 2 setting and go faster than 9 miles an hour but if we get tired or go up a hill the bike will kick in and help you at 9 miles an hour so you won’t get to tired and you’ll get over that hill with ease ! Now we are riding all the time, lol. Picking up milk, bread, riding trails and sidewalks, seeing parts of our town I’ve never gone. We have front baskets now just wonderful. The bikes were very easy to put together took maybe 20 minutes per bike. The packaging was excellent, everything was well protected. The bike does have 2 keys, one to use and a spare. Led pad very easy to use, has front headlights for night riding, brake lights and a horn to sound if needed to alert people your coming behind them. They give you all the tools you need to set up the bike, I carry mine in my small backpack just in case. So get this bike get off the couch ! Your going to love it…. ... show more

20mph, after 2 rides it now stays at 15, (update) The companY reached out to me to help find my issue, they are sending me a battery to fix thw speed issue, best customer service is when they reach out to you to help you fullfill, they did that, 😅
