So I was researching ebike for a bit and it came down to Jasion and another brand. After watching reviews I finally pulled the trigger. I bought 2 EB7 2.0 in green. Delivery was super fast almost a week before the expected date. After spending 30mins assembling both bikes we were set to go. The bikes came about 95 percent pre assembled. Just had to cut the wrapping, installed the handle bar, seat and pedals and your done! The bikes had a really good quality feel to them The ride is super fun and awesome. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a ebike. Also they both fold so I can bring both of them to trails without buying a bike rack. I have been using it for quick fishing trips down to ponds around my neighborhood.

Seeing how I haven't ridden a bike in years and the fact that I'm an "older fella" I started looking into e-bikes. I saw various reviews of this bike on YouTube and was impressed with what the various people reviewing them had to say. So I took the plunge and purchased it and I'm glad I did. It's an easy bike to put together and it almost took longer unwrapping the bike than it did putting it together. I love the fact that it has pedal assist. That makes it much easier to get back into biking since I haven't rode a bike since my younger years. I like the fact that it costs under $1,000 since i didn't want to spend too much just in case I decided that it wasn't for me. Well, I love this bike! Easy to ride and you can adjust various setting to make the biking experience better. Only issue I had was the seat was a bit hard so I bought an after market seat and popped that on and now I can ride in comfort. This bike also comes with some tools to help put the bike together as well as a tail light (rechargeable) you can attach to the seat post so you don't get run over at night but I also purchased a good head light just for that extra safety factor. Comes with a battery charger that you can use for charging the battery while in the bike or you can take it out and charge it that way. All in all, I like everything about this bike. The motor has more than enough power to aid in getting up hills and you can also use the twist throttle if you want to take a break from pedaling. The brakes work well with all the stopping power you need and the fat tires help in providing a cushy ride along with the front and rear suspension. I had this bike going 25.4 MPH which is plenty fast for me. Overall, this is a great e-bike if you don't want to spend a lot of money. Also, I like the fact that you can fold it up and put in your car or SUV in my case. In a nut shell, this was money very well spent!

Product surpassed our expectations in performance and quality at this very reasonable price. These bikes tackle hills much better than we expected. At 69 and 70 years of age, these bikes have extended our ability to continue our riding together. We did have one minor problem with one of the bikes. However Jasion customer service resolved the issue. You can trust that if you have a need , Jasion customer service is fully dedicated to backing there products. If we upgrade in the future, Jasion will be our go to for ebikes. We highly recommend Jasion for quality, performance, and outstanding customer service.

Seller changed my order of this model to the EB7 ST, the "step-through" model. Which actually worked better for me as I am over 40 and on the shorter side, so it's easier for me to get on the bike. It is a bit heavy, but manageable. As a first e-bike, it has a pretty good ride and is fun to take to work. Assembly video could be better, model specific, more informational, less marketing in the instructions, but I eventually figured it out. In general, I enjoy the bike. I do question the design choice to put the locking / activation key and mechanism on the bottom/underside of the frame near the hinge. This would leave the entire mechanism open to mud and water splashing up from the front tire, potentially causing corrosion, rust or otherwise jamming up. I'm going to try to find a way to cover the key while it's engaged in the bike and hopefully prevent a future issue.

Purchased this bike for my 14 year old son. He’s been through many scooters that never went fast enough or broke after a short amount of time. From the beginning, seller was in contact with us over a short delay in shipping. Bike arrived before they said it would! My son loves it, great ride and goes fast!
