I purchased the combo of two bikes, and overall, I’m really happy with them! The bikes look fantastic and are a ton of fun to ride, especially in the sand. They offer great value for the price. That said, I did notice some differences compared to the same model shown online and in the advertisements. For example, one bike doesn’t have the front shock preload and lockout, the rear shocks are a different design, the pedals are NONE FOLDING and the controls vary slightly as well. Still, these variations haven’t taken away from the enjoyment-the bikes ride great and look sharp. Would definitely recommend them at this price point! ... show more

My husband got it yesterday and he used it today for work. He loves it. Great built. Assembling was easy 1 hour for him. Heavy duty bike which is what he needed. Performance for my husband is great he is 6ft2 so is fun to ride and commute comfortably... Will change the seat he says

This is a great entry level Ebike. Comes mostly assembled. The remaining assembly is easy. Front shocks with single rear shock. Color led display. Front light. Can put a basket on back or front of bike. Top speed is only 20mph not 28 as listed. Comes charged so you can ride it right away. Unfortunately mine came with a crooked front fork but they sent me another one and gave me a free rear basket for my troubles. Thank you Jasion! ... show more

So Far So Good. Love these bikes. Easy to Assemble and Ride. Only Grump is the seat, not comfortable at all after long rides. Battery is holding good for now. Shipping was fast and Support was helpful in tracking the other bike since each bike arrived separately.

I bought this bike 3 weeks before Christmas and they left me hanging. i installed it and it had a faulty brake lever. They made me do hours of fixes just to find out it was a sensor. by that time, it was Christmas. Customer service is AI. no way to get a hold of Jasion on the phone. then i was negotiating with AI on emails. The bike in general is poor quality and not worth the price.
