Jasion support team absolutly amazed me with there overbearing resolutiom with the problem that occured with my EB3 cuasing her to stop working completely. When i !st reached out, i was assuming i was gonna get stiffed by some companany far away. Neddles to say i wrote the review below only 2 days after i emailed and did not see a response. I gave up to quick on the Jasion Team and hadnt bothered to check my emails... Turns out they had emailed me over 4 with genuin concern about my EB3. They had offered me a exchange right from the start. In addition i asked if i could pay the difference for the upgradded model cuase i was so pleased with thw !st model... ya know what they did... yup, THey gave me a complimentry upgrade. What can i say but my apoligies Jasion Team, you all rock! Customer for as long as i ride. Ibwas extremely pleased with this bike. After riding it for 5 days I had put 40 ml on her and I treated her with the special care and PHX is a flat city, easy riding. Then on a trip to the store it malfunctioned. No acceleration. LED light up but blank screen, it was all bad.. So I reached out to Jasion thru there website. They emailed me back once saying do it thru Amazon. Doing it thru Amazon. Charging me 180 in delivery not counting if the fix her and return her, another $90. The bike retails at $359. I wanted to work with Josion to see if a 3rd party tech could be recommended in my state but to no avail. I LOVED this product! Customer service however is below, "below average". When peeps saw me the 1st 5 days I had it, I was smiling ear to ear and raving about her. I work at the Phoenix Suns Arena as well, so many consumers (and now the Suns are in the playoffs... so many many more consumers will see me pedilng instead of riding) would ask my opinion of her. Now when people see me pedilng or it's parked I let them know how satisfied I am with the PRODUCT but extremely disappointed in the customer service. Note: the 30 day warrantyis void if you have more than 10miles on the odometer. Any recommendations on another ebike company I can try? I'll edit this post later to inform how my devastating lost was handled from this point on? I'm just doing one last check in Phoenix who can fix it under the $90 dollars it's gonna cost me to send it back. Thanks for listening and fyi still a great product people just be aware when adjusting the seat for storage our transportation there is a risk of damage critically needed cables for the bike to perform the way it was manufactured to. My daughter used this pretty much daily. We first saw them while camping at the Delaware Seashore State Park. The only downfall is the tubes are difficult to change in the tires. So pray you don't get a flat, as normal bike shops or stores do not carry this size tire.

We purchased the Jasion EB3 Electric Bike as a prize for an employee contest, and unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we set up the bike and the winner took it out for a test ride, but the motor immediately seized up and stopped working. To make matters worse, the frame appears to have a crack in it. We attempted to contact the seller directly to resolve these issues, reaching out twice by phone and once by email. However, we have yet to speak with anyone. Our first phone call left us on hold for over an hour, and the second call dropped out entirely after being on hold for another hour. The lack of communication is frustrating, to say the least. When we tried to initiate a return through Amazon, the instructions sent by the company stated that we would be refunded based on their inspection, and the refund of the purchase price ($200) would be minus a $110 return shipping fee to return the bike. I would get a $90 refund for something I paid $300 for. It's one thing to pay for shipping once, which we paid that amount on top of the purchase price of the bike, but expecting to pay it again for an item that was defective out of the box is completely unreasonable. That would be over $200 spent for a worthless item to be returned. If I do nothing I'm out $300 alone, if I return it I will only receive a $90 refund. We are more than willing to work with the seller to find a reasonable resolution, but it seems that customer service is not their strong suit. Until this issue is resolved, we cannot recommend the Jasion EB3 Electric Bike or the company's customer service AT ALL! We are extremely disappointed in their lack of responsiveness regarding the broken bike we received from them. Review update 10/03/2024: seller has responded and sent a replacement bike without return of the defected one. The new bike is working great, super fun and we’ve had no issues. We greatly appreciate the response and final resolution from the company. If my review was based solely on the second bike, it would increased to 4 stars.

I'm 5ft 2in and kept struggling to find a bike size that fit me and or my husband, and I had bought one at Costco but it was too tall for my legs and couldn't safely ride with a broken throttle that was closed together onto the handlebars held with a teeny tiny plastic screw!!! So I returned it at Costco and bought this the Jaison Eb3 and it's the best!!! I only recently lost the battery charger so I'm gonna request a new one and I'll update if I remember to later when they ship, but other than that! Super fun bike to ride for short people like me who don't have long legs in relation to height. All in all, this bike goes pretty fast at 21mph, a struggle in maybe a 45degree uphill, but when I use it to get to and from me job a mile away, quick, easy, super fun, lightweight that I can carry it and bike it with or without the pedal assist! IDK how to use the park mode but so far it's a great bike good for maybe 3 rides a week about 35 mile ish on a single charge is pretty great! Don't underestimate the tires tho like I did, it can handle some good road but be wary to steer clear of anything gravel or loose sand or tree bits and seeds that are small and loose - I over shot my environment and slid out, easily fixed though, just don't ride into a bunch of gravel and panic and slide and eat cement with your face, have fun and ride in the bike lane and always always assume all drivers can't see you! Safety first! Excellent bike light super bright and the tail light is my favorite safety feature and the horn is super loud and it gets peoples attention! Lol but yes honestly best bike I could ask for!
