This is a review of my Jasion EB-X ebike. Shipping was fast, maybe 3 days! The box arrived with Fedex in perfect shape. You can see on the video that it is packed very well. Being the engineer type, I wanted to follow the instructions carefully to avoid errors. Doing that, assembly went very well. There isn't really that much to do and an experienced pro could do it in 1/2 hour, but I took my time and was finished in 2 hours. Don't forget to top off the tires with air. The bike is sturdy and very well made. I like that it already has a comfortable seat. Compared to my first ebike, this has more power and speed. My neighborhood is hilly and the EB-X goes up and down them with ease. With extra features like 21 speeds, a comfortable seat, fenders, horn, headlight and rear led light, this bike is a good value. My wife and I will be using it to enjoy a 40 mile, round trip, trail in our area. So far, I've put about 20 miles on it and have not had any problems. ... show more

For the price, it's worth every penny. From my experience, it is a great well rounded bike and with the pedal assist you can still get exercise without destroying your lungs. There are 3 levels of pedal assist, but I haven't even felt the need to go past level 1. In addition to the pedal assist there is a throttle on the handlebar for a full electric mode. I'm 190lbs and 5'9" tall and I haven't had any problems from the motor even going full electric mode uphill. The battery is just as described: on pedal assist 1, you could probably ride around 50 miles before needing to charge. As for the quality of the bike itself, it feels very well made and sturdy. I haven't felt any clunkiness except that the seat is a little uncomfortable, but that is just my personal preference and can easily be fixed by buying a new seat. The customer service is great, and usually responds within 24 hours by email on business days. I purchased the "with fenders and rear rack" and haven't received the rack, but that has been resolved without any issues. The shipping was also great, as I received the bike almost a month ahead of schedule. Overall this is a great bike, especially if you're using this for commuting, and from my experience the company seems to highly support their product and customers. ... show more

On 2/14/24 I ordered the following item on Amazon: Jasion EB-X 26" Electric Bike for Adults, 500W Brushless Motor [Peak 750W] Ebike with 450Wh Removable Battery, [21 Speed Gear 22+MPH] Electric Mountain Bike, Commuting E Bike with Fork Suspension The shipment was received on 2/22/24, delivered by Fed Ex. Upon unboxing, I immediately noticed the front forks were crooked. The welds on the crossbar and forks were misaligned, making it impossible to install the front tire. The item was not damaged in shipment (the box and packing materials were fully intact). I found a variety of phone numbers on Jasion's webpage and various social media pages (Insta, X, Facebook). Only 1 actually worked but it kept going to voicemail, saying it was outside of business hours. The calls were made well within posted business hours for 2 days straight. This was a birthday present from my 14 year old son. Great present. I contacted Amazon to describe the issues I have encountered. They initially said to deal with the seller but after describing the circumstances to my contact attempts, agreed to send a message to Jasion on my behalf. Jasion's website touts: "Tight Control of the Production Process" "Exercising rigorous oversight throughout the production chain, we meticulously manage every stage, from raw material acquisition to final assembly, ensuring an integrated and tightly controlled manufacturing process." "Consistent Quality - Our unwavering dedication to maintaining consistent quality standards defines our ethos, guaranteeing that every electric bicycle leaving our facility meets the highest benchmarks for performance, durability, and overall excellence." These statements are untrue in my personal experience. I am getting no where with the company and at this point, feel like I have been scammed out of several hundred dollars. All I have asked for is a full refund of the purchase or immediate shipment of a defect free e-bike matching the price and expected quality of the item I purchased. ... show more

Fun bike to ride.. It feels solid,, but not too heavy to move around. The shifters work smoothly. The bike was fairly easy to assemble. The booklet isn't great, but anyone should be able to figure it out. I have about 15 miles on it so far with no problems, including one uphill ride.

Over all I spent 541.00 for this bike. Very easy assembly. Had up and ready to ride in 30 minutes. I let battery charge to full. I found it takes about revolution to get PAS to kick in. The 3 PAS worked good. My top speed was about 28mph. Controls and bike were good. Bike was very easy to handle. Great starter bike for the money. The 21 gear select worked well. Enjoying the ride every time. I get about 30mile using medium throttle. Again great starter bike. ... show more

The bike LOOKS good, but it came with 2 flat tires, and 2 mis aligned derailleurs.. I haven't been able to ride it yet, because when I contacted Jasion they told me to send an email and wait 24 to 48 hours... I'm taking it to a bike shop today for the derailleurs, but needless to say? I'm not impressed so far. I MIGHT be willing to add 1 star if the bike actually works flawlessly after I get the derailleurs fixed and the tires pumped up. There was also the bad instructions that DID NOT ONCE mention the fenders. I had to leave the front fender off, because it doesn't seem to fit without rubbing the tires. They were kind enough to resolve the issues I had with the product ... show more
