This thing made my life a lot easier. if you're doing flat surface work (patio, walkway, driveway, etc.) then having one of these cleaners is a no-brainer and I strongly recommend it. Note that the machine itself is 14" wide, but It is a 12" cleaning path. This is pretty typical in this price range. This particular cleaner is pretty good and has worked well for me. it does a good, consistent job and doesn't skip or slow down or stop spinning. The included lances for extension are sturdy and work well and are useful even with other tools. The included accessories (spare nozzles, etc.) are nice to have. My only complaint is that using the lance itself to push it along by the fitting seems like a weak design and it can wobble a bit. The machine itself is very stout and seems to be quite well built. I expect to get a lot of life out of it. The wheels are pretty good though the wheels can bind up and fight you if you're in an area with poor drainage and the water level is too high. No big deal.

This product is very well made, and I feel will last me a very long time. Came with many spare parts and even a microfiber cloth. It easily moves around surfaces and leaves NO lines. Granted, its cleaning ability is partly a function of the power from your pressure washer, but it is advertised to accept pressure washers up to 4,000 psi. Mine is 3,400 psi and it did a GREAT job cleaning my driveway. I am very satisfied with this unit.

I have a very long driveway. I use just a regular bit last time to clean it. so my friends talk to me into getting one of these pans. it was amazing works so well. Cut down on how long it took. I wish I would’ve got one of these for the last time I cleaned the driveway.

I had been looking for a way to clean my patio and side walks. Works perfect, I was looking for one that would work with my 1600 PSI power washer, This works perfect, it a little less powerfull, but that means its not destroying the concrete as much as a more powerfull one. This i really like it cleans well had to make cross hatch overlaps but it just what i needed. So for people that dont have a 2200 or higher power washer this will work just fine (this is exactly what i was looking for). I would recommend this for sure.

The product arrived today tried it out on my flagstone patio as well as the entry cement sidewalk. It worked very well and easy! Not quite as good as some of the photos from other reviewers. That’s not the fault of the machine. It’s California’s water conservation laws built into products. I have an electric DeWalt 3000 psi unit, however, delivers only 1.1 gallons of water a minute. So you lack water volume and get a high powered mist. The machine worked very well given the circumstances of the water supply output. Dirt came off fine. It’s the layered algae that was an issue.
