  • Got a great price!
I am not a professional sewer by any means. I became familiar with the Janome brand because I have two friends that swear by them. The 9410QC is a dream machine. I am learning every day about new features a just how intuitive this machine is. I have already completed a few projects and amazed at how professional they look. Service from the seller has been great. They have been great at answering questions. ... show more

  • Awesome Quilting machine
Fabulous machine, this makes my 4th Janome, has all the quilting features I wanted in a bigger machine. Bonus package was a huge plus. Arrived quickly

  • BUNDLE NOT DELIVERED
The sewing machine itself is excellent—high quality, reliable, and performs exactly as expected. However, the bundled accessories advertised with this purchase were not included. Neither Amazon nor the seller provided the missing items, and the only resolution offered was a full refund contingent on returning the entire machine. Since I was satisfied with the machine, returning it was not a practical option, so I will need to purchase the extended arms separately. Notably, the seller acknowledged that this is a recurring issue with this listing. Buyers should be aware that you are likely receiving only the sewing machine, not the advertised bundle. ... show more

  • Great
The machine works great, it is beautiful. It did not come with the bonus bundle. I contacted the seller and they sent it out separately. Very happy with my machine!

  • Great machine
Makes sewing a real pleasure. Using it for quilting and the quarter inch foot works like a dream with sewing triangles.

  • Best Machine Ever!!!
I have this machine. If you are wanting to level up in sewing, this is the machine for you. It is very easy to learn. It may look intimidating but the manual and the machine itself is very user friendly. Some of my favorite functions are the auto needle lift as well as the saved stitch. Anything you throw at this machine, it can handle. So many of the presets are great. You don't have to worry about setting the tensions if you use the functions. On some projects, you will, but 99% of the time, let this machine work for you. The feed dogs are excellent. If you add the AcuFeed feet you'll have a true workhorse. I like using the double foot for most projects but the single AcuFeed foot system is also a dream. Make sure to get all of the accessories to use the machine to the fullest. The touchscreen can be tuned for you individual liking with the color, touch sensitivity and the brightness. You can adjust to saving the last stitch before turning it off. You can also turn on or off the alert beeps and their volume. Also adjustable is the foot pressure, auto needle down or up, auto thread cutting at the end and auto presser foot lift art the end or beginning. You just press the pedal and it works. You can also set an auto sleep mode for for those in between projects or an auto off. The lights you can turn off or turn off the left side or right side. The lights are a huge welcome. They are bright. Inside of the menu you will find all of your stitches or go to the presets for the type of project you are making. The monogram area is very nice and stitches a pretty monogram vs your usual machine look. There are also a few presets for "Handmade" to where you can stitch your own labels. Huge plus vs buying them. The HP foot is a blessing. It turns the machine into a straight stitch machine just like the AcuFeed system turns it into a walking foot machine. You literally have 3 machines in one. A great feature that you will find it's the door for the stitch arm and upper thread bar. You can clean inside of there vs worrying about little puffs of lint. You can also take off the upper tension cap to clean inside. So people like myself that pull thread backwards, you don't have to worry about lint building up and not reaching it. I like to open the door while threading. The auto threader is a dream. It's much more advanced than machines of lesser quality. No more fumbling with a finicky needle threader. The software to make your own stitches comes in handy for personalized sewing. Here you can sign your name and stitch it out or simply make a pretty design. This is another area to where you can make your own labels. The USB is easy enough transferring your new stitches. If you are a quilter, your designs are unlimited. The massive throat is a blessing no matter what size projects you send through it. I cannot believe how I sewed for years on a "regular" sized machine. The color is a pretty rose gold color. It's much prettier in person. The machine runs very smooth and is quiet. It's not the quietest but it's quiet especially running over 1000 stitches per minute. It won't wake up your spouse. You can add one drop of oil in the bobbin area as needed. Just be careful whenever cleaning the area. The little oil hole has a felt wick for oil. Do not remove it. Bobbin winding is a breeze as you just wind the thread over the bobbin, use the cutter under the bobbin spool and wind it. After winding you'll have a little cutter just north of the bobbin to cut the thread. They really thought about us with 3 cutters around the machine. You can even wind the bobbin with the machine threaded and use the extra spool for it. Just be careful and don't cross over threads. The storage is massive. You have storage in the front, back and center of the slide out arm. Right under the free arm is the switch to open up your bobbin plate. NO MORE SCREWDRIVERS needed for this. Just pop it up, take the plate off, clean and pop it back on. Easy as it gets. As far as gripes are concerned.... I do wish the machine came with the large extension table, AcuFeed foot system, extra storage box and more presser feet. The pedal is a very small black one. I will be upgrading to the large pedal with the side pedal to cut my threads. I went out and bought most all accessories leaving the pedal and the binding maker on my wishlist. The quilt table is very nice. The warranty is outstanding. One main reason why I went with this brand vs the B brand. I have one of those and I'd just rather have a longer warranty since these machines are not cheap to fix. The machine cover is beautiful. It's a thick canvas with their name embroidered on it. This is not a small machine but at the same time you can bring this one to a retreat. I don't foresee myself bringing my small machines now as the many functions of this machine just bypasses everything else. It is about 30 pounds, just a touch heavy but it's worth packing for your sewing trips. I thought right the opposite until I started sewing on it. I figured this would be my home machine and I'd continue to take my small machines. No, I've rethought myself there. I can't do without it now. So if you have been sewing for years and want a true upgrade that can handle any project you want to make, this is it. The motor is strong rendering the machine to leaning very much on the heavy duty side. The 9 layer denim test worked. I even added another 3 layers making it a 12 layer and the stitches were perfect. It handles the lightest chiffon fabrics to broadcloth to denim to leather and vinyl with no hiccups. All around workhorse and not a particular needle or thread queen either. She's not picky on those. I do like to run the purple tip for most projects though. I've included several pictures since seeing is believing. The machine quality is superior. I like it better than my other 3 brands here. Some of the projects I've done so far has been to make a few bags, a mini quilt table mat for my Dad, several jelly roll rugs, added elastic to a few fitted sheets, hemmed a dress, added a cute fringe to a few shirts, sewed a cute faux leather wallet with vinyl windows and outdoor furniture pillows with their cases using canvas/duck material. This all within 3 weeks of owning it. I cannot leave the machine. If you've dreamed of a great machine this is the one of the best I've ever used. My Bern isn't as nice. (I did buy from another seller but figured I'd review it here since this machine didn't have many reviews. True 5 star machine in my eyes) ... show more

  • A Dream To Sew On....
I own this Dream Machine. I have been sewing and quilting professionally for over 50 years. This machine changed my life. It's worth the wait for it to come back in stock. This machine is a fancy pants work horse that goes from function to function with ease and without ever loosing stitch quality. The stitch quality on this machine is as flawless on the bobbin side as the needle side. The machine is intuitive and easy to learn and the manual is very detailed. If your dealer offers a free class upon purchase, take the class, it is worth it so that you understand your machine. Janome really hit it out of the park on this one. A MONTH LATER :It just gets better, the more you learn this machine the more creative possibilities you find. I fall more in love with this machine every day. You absolutely cannot go wrong buying this machine. If you don't have a Janome 9410QC, Why Not????? A YEAR LATER, and I still can't believe how perfect this machine is. It never fails. As a sewing professional, this is the perfect machine. ... show more
