This is truly an amazing saw, the construction and design is outstanding, I was accidentally shipped an extra saw which I intended to return for a refund but two of my nephews who are general contractors observed the performance of this saw and bought the extra saw on the spot. My neighbor who has done farming his life came over to see how I was building a pipe fence, when he saw the fein saw in action he wanted to buy the sold saw. One word of warning if the tubing or pipe you are cutting has been welded or cut with a torch or had any type of material left inside the tube do not cut the pipe in these areas as it will quickly dull your blade.     • Not worth the money
This blade cut so we'll for the first few cuts that I bought a smaller blade for my mitter saw . Don't waste you money . After about 10 cuts it was dull and did nothing but spark . Keep in mind that I'm a fabricater I know how to use these kind of blades and it failed after just about 10 cuts

    • Expensive but worth it
This is my third blade the second one I tried a knock off and it lasted maybe 10 percent of these. I ended up putting the rein back on it before ordering this new one so don’t cheap out.

    • I love the cut
These blades cut steel so nice and clean and fast without making the substrate hot. Cuts 1/4 wall 2x4 with ease and you can put your bare hands on the cut and it cool to the touch. I just wish the blades would last a bit longer but in comparison to an abrasive disc, these blades outlast the abrasive at least 10:1. ... show more

    • Great blade, price went way up!
Great blade! Cuts steel way better than the evolution blade it replaced. Much cleaner cut with no deburring needed. The only issue I have is the current price. I bought this in April 2018 for $80, by October 2018, it now lists for $112!!! That's ridiculous!

    • This Can Not Be the Real Thing
I cut 3 times 1.5"x1.5"x3/16" steel square tube and the blade no longer cutting. The worst blade I have ever own. This is not worth the money I spent. Do not waist your money on this blade. I would not take the time to install this blade if it was given to me free. My assumption this is a copy of the real thing? ... show more

Not sure how many cuts you should expect from a cold cut blade but I had over 200 cuts on 2" 10 gauge mild steel before teeth started to chip. Currently at over 300 cuts and still doing a decent job but about done

Best metal cutting of all I have used. Only been using about one month, but still cuts like new so can’t really comment on longevity yet.
