I never thought I would own an electric fireplace because they always look so fake. While the logs may not look real, the flames themselves are beautiful and I love the small size of this unit with all the wood-like detail. I read the reviews and saw it is a milky ivory color, not bright white, and also that the mantle does not match the frame in color. So I bought this ready to paint it the same white as the molding in my livingroom. I needed to sand and put two coats on, which took most of the day but I'm happy with the result! UPDATE - We did hear back from the seller and this item ships out in two separate packages. The wooden frame arrived the following day. Assembly was easy and it looks beautiful! Would be less confusing if when ordering, it is specified that the item ships in two separate packages. Other than that, we are very pleased with our fireplace. ORIGINAL - We ordered the 44” White fireplace and only received the fireplace component, no mantle, or framing parts. We are attempting to contact the seller and report this issue, but there is no way to talk to an actual human, so I will update in a day or so after receiving a response. ... show more

I was worried it would be too small or too big for my temp apartment, but it's perfect. No damage, lack of any notable oder. All is alligined and looks naturally proportioned. Best value in the 100-200 range in my opinion. Oh and no assembly required, just plug it in after you open it up and cut away the tape. ... show more

This was much better quality than expected, especially for how low cost it is compared to others. It took me about 45 minutes to assemble on my own and it warms up my tiny apartment so well that I don’t need to use the heat. I absolutely love it! It’s a beautiful piece and super easy to put together and I am sooooo happy with this in the area I wanted it for. The only issue I have is that the white is actually yellow and really clashed so I painted it white to match the room and it’s my absolute favorite thing in the room now.

Love this fireplace but was hoping for the color white as it states. The ivory /linen color did match with surrounding walls so I am pleased. Very sturdy piece. Only issue is the remote does not work. I’m hoping it’s a bad battery that I’ll have to replace myself.

Easy assembly , I only had to take it apart 3 times because the directions were upside down!😂 no gaps, durable and it’s actually beautiful! It puts out a lot of heat too! I keep the flames on and the heat off just for the look and feel!

    • Just the right size
We were looking for a fireplace that would fit in our living room. This is the perfect size. It is couch high and just the right width. It heats up a room very well. Best of all it helps lower my heating costs. Great buy.
