My girlfriend lives in an apartment and she always said she would love to have a place with a fireplace so I found this thing and decided to surprise her with it! I assembled it myself (comes with allen key) and only needed a regular screwdriver for the very last screws and that was it! SUPER EASY! Took me more time to take everything out of the boxes and lay it out to make sure I have everything I needed than it took me to put it together, haha! Instructions are only 4 or 5 steps super easy to follow. It looks awesome, heater is great for a regular sized space too and has two different intensities, same with the flames, you can make it bigger or smaller with the controls / remote. Only thing that could be annoying to some is that the turn on / off beeps is a bit loud but other than that I think its perfect. When she walked in and saw it running with the apartment lights dimmed low etc she freaked out and was so so so happy! Next step is to find her a nice reading chair so she can ait read and relax by the “fire” :)

This was a bit of a surprise as it was actually much nice than I anticipated. Seller was promptly responsive to shipping questions, as the heater and mantle were shipped separately. Both pieces were packaged very well with no damage at all. Assembly was clear, all parts were there and nothing was damaged or broken during assembly. Mantle is made of quality materials and is very solid. The heating unit works great with very realistic looking flames. Remote works great. This is a very nice looking fireplace and could not have asked for anything more especially at this price point. Extremely happy with this purchase.

When i originally bought it I was worried it wouldn't match the trim, as its listed as Ivory White, not just white, but when I got it in the livingroom it was a great match because it turns out the trim in my apartment is slightly off-white! My sister helped me put this together, and she said it was easy and the directions were really straight forward. It does come in 2 boxes which actually worked out better as I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The boxes weren't too heavy either so that was great.

I don’t usually write reviews but I am very pleased with this purchase. I was pleasantly surprised by the clarity of the instructions and the short time it took to set up the fireplace. I wanted to assemble the fireplace without my husband’s help, so I set out by ensuring that all parts were included. I then gathered all tools ( phillips screwdriver and hammer), and started putting the fireplace together. It took about 30 minutes to complete with some minor assistance. I had some difficulties tightening one screw at the top, however, once completed, I must say that I am pleasantly pleased with the price, quality, and time to assemble. It warmed the room Very well. I also love looking at the flames without the heat. It is remote operated and has an operating pad on then fireplace, which adds to the ease of operation. If you are hesitating to purchase this fireplace, don’t wait any longer, you will NOT be disappointed.

I like the design of the Jamfly electric fire place and mantle, and it would go with most decor. It produces a good quantity of heat. The heat can be turned off while the fireplacei, itself, still runs. The remote is easy to use. The display of burning logs is guite nice. I would like to have had an option of a taller mantle. This one is 34” tall. Originally this was to be placed in a coffee shop, but it was dwarfed by the height of the wall. Instead of sending it back, I am using it in an upstairs bedroom that is usually chilling in the winter. Now is can be warm whenever guests use that bedroom. Now the room looks comfy cozy.

I really like it!!!! But it broke after 3 months!!! It cannot be turned on anymore!!!! The power switch is not working. It always “ON” but not power going in! I am very very sad! I don’t expect to pay almost 300$ for three months!!!!!!
