Much sturdier than I thought. Everything arrived undamaged, and it was very easy to put up (two people, of course.) frame is thicker than others I’ve had before and tarp with sides fit perfectly with openings easy to tie up or zip down. Very happy with this product

    • Not heavy duty but EXCELLENT customer service
I purchased this so I could store some outdoor equipment and free up space in my garage. Shipping was fast and setup was easy (did this on my own). However, I do not feel this is heavy duty. I had this setup to the side of my house for almost two days and it did not hold up. Four zippers broke and the side windows are not kept shut with zippers (they have small velcro pieces to hold the window flap which don't exactly align and do not hold with any small wind gust). I would say this is more for an outdoor event to keep dry or have some shade where you would set it up and then take it down when you're done. Seems to be a good product for that but not for a season of storage. I will say that the customer service was EXCELLENT. Giving 4 stars as the customer service was great and the product would still work, however just not for what I needed it for. ... show more
