The media could not be loaded. The sofa arrived in great timing via FedEx. I contacted the seller to get both tracking numbers for each of the two boxes, which was very easy. The couch arrived, well packaged. There’s not a lot of screwing things together and it slides together via brackets. I appreciated that. The cushions fluffed up once I cut the air-sealed bags and they Velcro to the couch to keep them in place, even on the ottoman that forms the L-shape. I’m glad that it was not attached to one side of the couch. The cushions are comfortable and I like the way I can lie back and have the neck support from the back cushions. The polyester fabric provides a pleasant texture and comfort when it touches the skin. It matched the color scheme of my home I was looking for, added to the warm, cozy, feel I wanted, and fit nicely in my small space. I’m pleasantly surprised with it and look forward to many movie nights to come. The side storage for my remote controls will be beneficial since I don’t like them out around the home. It's okay. Sides of couch were a little tricky to fit together..You will need to buy some extra cushions cause the sides are stiff. Would not buy again.

I absolutely am in love with this sofa!!, First of all it's so comfortable. Thick and firm yet still soft pillows. When you sit the comfort of it is amazing 🤩 it's bigger than I thought it would be and the material is soft. It's not hard to put together at all the instructions are clear and understanding. And for the price this is a steal to be honest. Id definitely recommend this to others ... show more

For $260 I expected better quality. It was damaged on one corner, but not unusable. It was not made to design. I was not able to add the back brace because the holes were at the wrong ends, and did not align.

I was leery but overall it turned out better than I thought it would be. The colors are exactly as shown. The cushions are firm, which my husband likes, just not as deep as we are used to. The packaging was great, everything arrived in good shape! It was delivered a couple of days early, which is always a plus! Only complaint I have is that one of the brackets on the underside wasn’t very secure and we had to get a couple of screws and reinforce that bracket or we would’ve ended up on our butts! One other complaint, the instructions to put it together were awful! Not helpful at all! ... show more

I like that it came exactly like the picture it’s easy to put together. The couch firmness is perfect for sitting. The size and quality of it is true to the description and it looks and feels soft. Functionality so far is a 10/10. Only dislike is the instructions was very vaig.
