I was very disappointed in this product. It was advertised as used-good. We put new batteries in it and it never turned on. The springs to keep batteries in place were rusted (indicating water had been in there at some point). One spring was broken. There was battery corrosion in there too. I have returned for a refund, but would have preferred to receive a gaming console that worked. ... show more

I bought this gift as a Christmas present for my son I had it when I was younger my mom bought it from you back in like 2008 it was amazing so fun lasted for so long Revenge Ali-A broke but great memories with it I was really sad to figure out it worked fine it just didn't do the down arrow Direction I'm with a lot of these Kings when you get stuck you can't go down that's the end of that game so it sucks to say do they test this out before they send it very obvious that the down arrow direction does not work I'm returning it but it sucks to do it cuz I really wanted this I know they would have loved it. ... show more
