I really like these, they seem pretty solid and the ones I have used worked well. That said, for people who’ve never had a wrench like this, you’re not supposed to use the ratcheting side to loosen tight bolts, that’s how you break them. Use these properly and they should last a long time. The only thing I find annoying with them is, they are a major fingerprint magnet. I bought both the metric and ASE sets. Oh, and unless you have a tall drawer on your toolbox you won’t be able to store these in their holder. The larger wrenches are pretty wide. ... show more

    • Great Set for Starting Techs
The media could not be loaded. As a Mechanic that appreciates tools, I gotta say, so far they are worth it. I would highly recommend this set for any of you techs that are starting out or just looking for a Ratcheting Flex Head Wrench set that won’t bite into your wallet. No to mention this set comes with no skips from 8MM-24MM.(20MM/23MM excluded but nobody really uses them anyways) I been using them to see what they can handle and so far I’m surprised at durability and the quality for the price. REMEMBER , the ratcheting end isn’t meant to BREAK bolts loose. But I am Very happy with them especially knowing that they have lifetime warranty if something happens to them. As far as the gears of the ratchet, when they first arrived they seemed a little bit hard to turn and they seem to have some pretty hard back drag… BUT… seeing as how the rough drag bothered me a bit I decided to see if I could do something to make the gears turn smoother. I mainly got this set because it was one of the few sets I could find that has 90 tooth and a very fair price. Not trying to show off or brag but I have Tool Truck Tools as well but I’ve learned that not all my tools need to be Tool Truck priced or brand to get the jobs done. TIP: grab a small bowl/cup/container…pour or spray some WD-40 (that’s what I used) into the container your going to use and submerge the ratcheting end into it the container and turn the ratcheting gears while submerged in the WD-40 for about 1-2 minutes each. I did this to EVERY SINGLE RATCHETING WRENCH and now they all have very smooth ratcheting and the back drag isn’t as rough as when I first received the tools. ... show more

    • Quality tool with a few nit-picky drawbacks
I really wanted to give this 5-stars, but I have a handful of nit-picky complaints. 1.) The tool holder is annoying. Takes too much effort to remove the wrenches. Great if you're traveling, but for sitting in my toolbox, I want to grab the wrench with one hand and move on. So, I replaced this holder immediately with a magnetic one. 2.) They came covered in finger-prints & smudges. I could overlook that, but then I found small scratches where the bolt goes into the swivel piece. I'll scratch these up soon enough myself, but they shouldn't come out of the box that way. 3.) I was disappointed to read the note in the box that said to use the open end first to loosen the bolt. Yes, that's mostly obvious to not ruin the ratcheting part, but I was HOPING (most wishful thinking) that the $100 set with 67% EXTRA STRENGTH would allow me to just use the ratchet for those stubborn rusted on bolts. I guess better to warn me now than have me break it later on... Overall, I expect I'll get a lifetime of good use out of these wrenches. If it were a $50 set, I'd have given it 5-star review, but for $100, I expect no scratches and a carrier option that I like better. ... show more

Size: 16 Piece Flex Head Set (1/4" - 1") Style: Flex Head Ratcheting Wrench Set
Used all of them for over several months (6 days a week 9hr shifts) and they are still working great. I mainly use them on the disassembly floor for an Aviation repair station. As of today they are work great, the only thing is you have to lubricant the ratchet end periodically.
