This is a nice shoe, but it does not fit me as well as the Asics Gel-Contend 7, which I've worn for many years. Fortunately, I was able to find that shoe on Amazon again. Also, this return is not as easy as most Amazon returns, as I had to print a UPS label, re-package it, and then take it to a UPS store, as opposed to just dropping it off unwrapped at the Amazon desk in our Whole Foods store. I guess the difference is that these are sold by the Amazon Asics store, as opposed to by Amazon Prime directly? Anyway, good shoe, but I'm sticking with the Gel-Contend 7 for as long as I can find it.

I work 12 hr shifts in a factory and am mostly standing on so many uncomfortable surfaces. It's gotten to the point on foot has developed a huge knot on the back of its heel. Everyone (just ppl I know not medical professionals) was telling me it's a bone spur and I'd have to have surgery. Turns out it was one of my tendons balled up because when I switched to these as my every day shoes it helped relax my calf muscles and the knot is almost completely gone! My feet feel so much better, my patellas have stopped hurting and even my plantar fasciitis is tamed. These shoes are SO comfy! Love them better than my Nike and Sketchers. The way the heels of the shoes are designed I told my Mom it was like having shock absorbers for my feet and a little hammock for my heel. Def worth the price!

My spouse has been training in some version of ASICS GT-1000s for years now--they are hands-down her go-to for stability trainers. Every 12-18 months, I get the signal that its time, and I re-up with another pair of these for her--the old ones get demoted to a non-training role, and there's even a demotion of the non-training pair for especially hot, messy, or dirty work. Its quite a system. Its the fit of the shoe that initially inspired loyalty in this model (she'd had difficulty finding a Cinderella-like fit with other brands), but its probably the durability/longevity/value proposition that has kinda sealed the deal with these shoes--every pair fits, performs, and wears like the last ones, and since they release a different version pretty often, you can usually find closeouts of the older versions at nice discounts. Cool. Recommended.

I already have a pair of these shoes in light grey that I bought elsewhere, and wanted a second pair. I saw the pink color on Amazon and had to have them! These are some of the most comfortable sneaker-type shoes I've had in a long time, and I can wear them all day. Also, the laces stay tied. I don't know why they are so different from others, but when I tie my shoes, the laces do not loosen or come untied until I do it. A big plus for me! Amazon has these shoes in more colors than other stores I've seen, and better prices.

As an avid runner that has tried MANY running shoes, these are my favorite. I had a previous old pair that I hadn't worn much and to my delight they became my favorite shoes and just happen to be the older version of these. So I went ahead and ordered a pair in a size 10. They fit perfect and really hold up well. I have had no injuries in these or blisters either. Highly recommend! Very well cushioned.

I am absolutely in love with these shoes, both for the style and the comfort! They are so pretty and give me the support I was looking for! It sounds so silly but I get excited to wear them lol. I have residual back issues from a bad car accident and am very serious about finding good, supportive shoes to avoid having painful back days, and these have been wonderful in preventing those bad days. I love this brand and have used them since my high school track days - they always make sturdy, quality shoes. Highly recommend!

I used to have the gel nimbus line, but I didn't find the new versions as soft as they used to be. I am so glad I tried these. They saved my feet recently when I did a lot of walking over a week while traveling. These shoes are squishy and comfortable and cute too!

The shoes are great. They fit perfectly, offer good support, and are really comfortable. The shipping was not so great. I ordered on Prime Day - 7-11-23. The shoes didn't ship for two weeks. No email was sent as to why - I only got the standard confirmation of the order email saying I would be notified when they shipped. When I tried to look into what was going on Amazon only gave me a customer service robot that only allowed me to choose preset comments. I would have liked to know why the shoes didn't ship for two weeks.

Sadly I have to return these beautiful shoes. but comfort is more important than pretty with running shoes. The length and width seem to be spot on for size 12 regular width. The upper is a bit low. I have medium/high volume feet and these seem to be designed for someone with low and medium/low volume feet. The sole was comfortable but I was not able to get the upper adjusted to be comfortable against the top of my foot.

These ASICS 1000-11 in a 9 medium width fit great. I always wear narrow width in Brooks but they no longer offer narrow widths. That is why I tried ASICS. They will now be my go to for fitness shoes

ASICS shoes always fit. I've worn the same size for years, and I can just get online and order them and KNOW they'll fit. I've had foot surgery, and the front of my feet are a little wider than usual. The toe-box of these shoes gives me just the room I need. If I order a wide it's too big all over, and that won't do.
