Ordered first one and it arrived loose in a large box with zero packing material to prevent it from being banged around in transit. The product package has been opened previously and just taped back shut. Not sure if anything was wrong with the toy, but I ordered new and this looked like a return. I sent it back to be replaced, and the second arrived in even worse condition with the toy packaging ripped as well as clear evidence of it having been opened before. Great car, fast and durable. The hood pins broke but I easily fixed that with paper clips. We bought the remote car in June of 2021. It works great. It would work even better if my 7 year old hadn't thrown the remote away. Hoping to be able to buy a replacement remote.
