I normally don’t write Amazon reviews, but this couch absolutely deserves one. We’re a family of six, so I needed something big, comfortable, cozy-looking, and most importantly—completely washable. There are tons of options out there, but so many look pieced together or flimsy. This one checked every box. I love that every single part of this couch is washable. The cushions don’t slide around, and I’m not constantly fluffing or rearranging pillows. Within the first day my four kids had already spilled everything from food to markers on it. The covers are incredibly easy to take off, toss in the washer, and put right back on. I didn’t want to post a review right when we bought it, even though I loved it from day one. I wanted to see how it held up over time. Now, six months in, we still absolutely love it and recommend it to all our friends and family. The price point is fantastic—cheaper than our last couch, and that one wasn’t washable or even close to this comfortable. The storage bins in the U-shaped layout are a huge win. We keep blankets and toys in them with plenty of room to spare. I also tried a helpful suggestion from another reviewer: buying a mattress foam topper and cutting it to add extra support inside the cushions. We tested the couch with and without it, and it truly made a big difference—ours is now unbelievably plush and comfortable. This couch is better than my husband and I could’ve imagined! We ended up getting one that was a bit too big so definitely keep the dimensions in mind. Our 6th piece was running behind and I messaged the seller and asked if they could keep it and refund us for the chair. They were so understanding, and nice and worked out a solution. They refunded us the amount the chair would cost, and told us to keep the chair! We still can’t fit the extra chair into our living room but their flexibility and willingness to give us a solution was top notch. I highly recommend this sofa, not only is comfortable, trendy, and cute huge!! The company is just as great. It was very easy to assemble, and overall the quality is great! Definitely worth the price. I will definitely be purchasing other items from them in the future! ... show more

Buyer beware: The couch is not extremely difficult to put together but I needed help as a small female. The color is nice. That’s where the good points ended for me. The first few days I thought the couch was amazing. After that, I noticed I had to pick up and fluff almost every single cushion on the couch daily - the seats as well as the back cushions, as they flatten out. The seat cushions also slide away from the backing, hanging over the front where the feathers begin to bunch and allowing the back cushion to fall between the back of the couch and the seat cushion. These things need fixed after anyone has sat on it now, and we’ve had it for a month. Besides that, since the cushions are pillows, be very careful that you (or your children specifically) don’t hop onto it knees first. The wooden sides of each piece that lay between the pillows practically uncovered, are unforgiving and painful. The value for money is very skewed. I read the reviews before I bought, and now I’m wondering if these people reviewed immediately after putting it together. If you do decide to chance it, be aware that the seller will offer no service in return as they are third party. Not only will I have to hire someone to come take this apart and box it up, as required, I will then also have to figure out transport. I’d probably save more by selling this on Craigslist at this point as the seller offered absolutely nothing for this absolute scam of a couch that I need to replace after a month. *If you need to send photos for proof, as they request, be aware that that function doesn’t actually work - much to their favor. ... show more

I have nothing to say about the actual sofa. It was easy to assemble, taking about an hour and a half. It’s nice, large, comfortable. I will purchase a mattress topper, as other reviews mentioned, to put under the seat cushions. My gripe is that this is not velvet. It is not even tightly woven fabric. I purchased this couch after going to many furniture stores and reading tons and tons of online reviews to get a velvet couch. I have cats that, no matter what I do, scratch my couch. My last one was embarrassing to put in the trash with how bad it was scratched. I had 1 seat of this put together before it had pulls in it. I simply give up. It’s a shame that I have it covered in duct tape and flat sheets now, waiting for all of the cat proof things I have ordered to come in the mail. I hope that this company will sell only the covers so that I can purchase as they get more ruined. ... show more
