This couch is better than my husband and I could’ve imagined! We ended up getting one that was a bit too big so definitely keep the dimensions in mind. Our 6th piece was running behind and I messaged the seller and asked if they could keep it and refund us for the chair. They were so understanding, and nice and worked out a solution. They refunded us the amount the chair would cost, and told us to keep the chair! We still can’t fit the extra chair into our living room but their flexibility and willingness to give us a solution was top notch. I highly recommend this sofa, not only is comfortable, trendy, and cute huge!! The company is just as great. It was very easy to assemble, and overall the quality is great! Took a gamble buying this couch because there weren’t very many reviews, but I can’t say enough good things about it!! First impression: it’s comfortable and HUGE. I love that all of the covers are removable and washable. The ottomans have a ton of storage. It does sit a little low to the ground, but not impossibly low to where it feels like you can’t get back up again. The black isn’t a true black but more of a really dark gray. The fabric is very thick and sturdy feeling, but still soft! It shipped very fast too, only 4 days after I ordered it. I already LOVE it so much! The hardest part was assembling each individual piece. It was a simple process, just tedious having to get everything out of the frame and install all of the brackets & covers. It took two of us to assemble and 2-3 hours to finish it completely. Overall, I would 100% recommend!! It’s a good price for a comfy couch! ... show more

This sectional has hands down easily been one of two best investment purchases I’ve purchased through Amazon! I mean when you’re spending this amount of money you are praying that it’s worth it and don’t have to go through the hassle of returning something of this size ESPECIALLY after putting it all together! But it’s worth it! The quality fabric covers are top tier! The integral structure of the sofa seems long lasting and of course that comes with the common sense of not trying to test it by have a full adult fall from ceiling on top of it!!! I mean come on! But you can relax and not tread lightly on it! This comfortably fits 8 people which is what i wanted. Especially for movie nights and having friends over for great conversations! The thickness of the cushions could be a tad bit better but that’s a small adjustment that can be made with purchasing memory foam and adding it under the cushions or inside the cushions. The pillows are perfect they keep their shape perfectly! The assembly was pretty easy as far as the level of complication. The time it took would was about an hour. With consideration of adding on the fabric covers. This was definitely worth the asking price. And the cherry on top is being able to change out the fabric cover for a different color or replace yours if they become too stained over time. I haven’t purchased the ottoman yet but I will soon! If this sectional is in your budget, purchase it! I know opinions are subjective but I like to think I know quality and value this is it! ... show more

I bought this couch because we wanted a deep seated sectional but needed it to be modular since we won’t be in this house long term (future layout may not be the same). We didn’t have the budget for a 6k couch. After some time I finally ordered this and to my amazement, we aren’t disappointed. Shipment comes in 4 boxes (I believe, maybe 3). It’s packed in the boxes good. Fairly simple to put together. The cushions are adequate. Not the most comfortable but not uncomfortable. If you sit between 2 cushions you’ll feel the wood base. I seen another review that someone bought memory foam to put in the cushions so that’s what I did. I bought a king size memory foam mattress topper (3in) and cut it to size to fit into the bottom cushions. It seriously made a huge difference. I’ve had family stay with us and need to sleep on the couch and they have zero issues. Top cushions are comfortable, they’ll get deformed after some time but you just have to fluff them and sit them back up straight. I’ve had toddlers and dogs on the couch and the cushions clean easily. The removable covers come off nice but now I have the memory foam in them they’ll be harder to get back on. Laundry stain remover and a cloth easily get messes on the cushions. Overall love this couch. We got the ivory color (off white, beige) and it goes great with the aesthetic I’m going for. Some feathers have popped through but maybe only 2 or 3. Very happy with the couch especially for the price. ... show more

This sectional is large and a very good size for the price. It was EXTREMELY difficult to get the couch parts out, as they were STUFFED in the bottom of the couch extremely tight and secured with a wooden stick that I had to break in half to access the parts and couch covers, each time . So every seat has the parts stuffed in the bottom. Also the couch has tooo many feathers in it to the point it becomes uncomfortable to even sit on because you will be sticked with feathers and there is not nearly enough cushion the pillows become flat and deflated and nothing but feathers sticking out ... show more
