This couch is better than my husband and I could’ve imagined! We ended up getting one that was a bit too big so definitely keep the dimensions in mind. Our 6th piece was running behind and I messaged the seller and asked if they could keep it and refund us for the chair. They were so understanding, and nice and worked out a solution. They refunded us the amount the chair would cost, and told us to keep the chair! We still can’t fit the extra chair into our living room but their flexibility and willingness to give us a solution was top notch. I highly recommend this sofa, not only is comfortable, trendy, and cute huge!! The company is just as great. It was very easy to assemble, and overall the quality is great! I normally don’t write Amazon reviews, but this couch absolutely deserves one. We’re a family of six, so I needed something big, comfortable, cozy-looking, and most importantly—completely washable. There are tons of options out there, but so many look pieced together or flimsy. This one checked every box. I love that every single part of this couch is washable. The cushions don’t slide around, and I’m not constantly fluffing or rearranging pillows. Within the first day my four kids had already spilled everything from food to markers on it. The covers are incredibly easy to take off, toss in the washer, and put right back on. I didn’t want to post a review right when we bought it, even though I loved it from day one. I wanted to see how it held up over time. Now, six months in, we still absolutely love it and recommend it to all our friends and family. The price point is fantastic—cheaper than our last couch, and that one wasn’t washable or even close to this comfortable. The storage bins in the U-shaped layout are a huge win. We keep blankets and toys in them with plenty of room to spare. I also tried a helpful suggestion from another reviewer: buying a mattress foam topper and cutting it to add extra support inside the cushions. We tested the couch with and without it, and it truly made a big difference—ours is now unbelievably plush and comfortable. Buyer beware: The couch is not extremely difficult to put together but I needed help as a small female. The color is nice. That’s where the good points ended for me. The first few days I thought the couch was amazing. After that, I noticed I had to pick up and fluff almost every single cushion on the couch daily - the seats as well as the back cushions, as they flatten out. The seat cushions also slide away from the backing, hanging over the front where the feathers begin to bunch and allowing the back cushion to fall between the back of the couch and the seat cushion. These things need fixed after anyone has sat on it now, and we’ve had it for a month. Besides that, since the cushions are pillows, be very careful that you (or your children specifically) don’t hop onto it knees first. The wooden sides of each piece that lay between the pillows practically uncovered, are unforgiving and painful. The value for money is very skewed. I read the reviews before I bought, and now I’m wondering if these people reviewed immediately after putting it together. If you do decide to chance it, be aware that the seller will offer no service in return as they are third party. Not only will I have to hire someone to come take this apart and box it up, as required, I will then also have to figure out transport. I’d probably save more by selling this on Craigslist at this point as the seller offered absolutely nothing for this absolute scam of a couch that I need to replace after a month. *If you need to send photos for proof, as they request, be aware that that function doesn’t actually work - much to their favor. ... show more

I bought this couch because we wanted a deep seated sectional but needed it to be modular since we won’t be in this house long term (future layout may not be the same). We didn’t have the budget for a 6k couch. After some time I finally ordered this and to my amazement, we aren’t disappointed. Shipment comes in 4 boxes (I believe, maybe 3). It’s packed in the boxes good. Fairly simple to put together. The cushions are adequate. Not the most comfortable but not uncomfortable. If you sit between 2 cushions you’ll feel the wood base. I seen another review that someone bought memory foam to put in the cushions so that’s what I did. I bought a king size memory foam mattress topper (3in) and cut it to size to fit into the bottom cushions. It seriously made a huge difference. I’ve had family stay with us and need to sleep on the couch and they have zero issues. Top cushions are comfortable, they’ll get deformed after some time but you just have to fluff them and sit them back up straight. I’ve had toddlers and dogs on the couch and the cushions clean easily. The removable covers come off nice but now I have the memory foam in them they’ll be harder to get back on. Laundry stain remover and a cloth easily get messes on the cushions. Overall love this couch. We got the ivory color (off white, beige) and it goes great with the aesthetic I’m going for. I have nothing to say about the actual sofa. It was easy to assemble, taking about an hour and a half. It’s nice, large, comfortable. I will purchase a mattress topper, as other reviews mentioned, to put under the seat cushions. My gripe is that this is not velvet. It is not even tightly woven fabric. I purchased this couch after going to many furniture stores and reading tons and tons of online reviews to get a velvet couch. I have cats that, no matter what I do, scratch my couch. My last one was embarrassing to put in the trash with how bad it was scratched. I had 1 seat of this put together before it had pulls in it. I simply give up. It’s a shame that I have it covered in duct tape and flat sheets now, waiting for all of the cat proof things I have ordered to come in the mail. I hope that this company will sell only the covers so that I can purchase as they get more ruined. ... show more

In the video is the v-shape sectional in color white. Prior to buying this sectional, we spent months looking for one that checked every box - every part needs to be washable (we have kids), we wanted down feather bottom cushions and firmer back pillows, ivory or beige in color, very deep and oversized, under $1800, modern, velvety soft, didn't want to wait weeks for it to arrive, and have a fabric that doesn't pill or ball up. This couch was EXACTLY all of those things! There weren't a lot of a reviews or photos of this so we were super nervous, but our expectations were completely exceeded. I seriously never write reviews but I'm truly blown away by this sectional. The video I posted of the couch shows what it looks like 30 mins after being unpacked (so keep in mind the cushions get bigger and fluffier than what you see in my video.) Now, hours later the cushions have fully fluffed up and are sooo thick and soft. The fabric almost appears like linen but feels soo soft and high quality like a thick quality velvet feel - unlike the sectional we had before which was like the Ashley furniture tanavi that pilled horribly and felt like a potato sack. The seats are so deep and comfortable, the size is perfect and when laying on opposite ends my husbands feet don't even touch mine 😂 The couch had an estimated delivery of 2 weeks after the day we bought, it was purchased on the 15th and delivered the 19th, 4 days later! So exciting for us since we had just sold our couch days before ordering. Additionally I am completely impressed with the customer service from this seller. The sectional we purchased was beige but we were incorrectly sent the white one. We contacted them immediately and they responded same day and let us know they would be sending us the correct beige colored covers for all parts of the sectional ASAP and free of any charge. I have been wanting a cloud couch for 4 years, but just couldn’t afford it. I’m glad I waited! This one is absolutely what I wanted at a fraction of the cost! It is huge! My family is 6’0 tall, so we needed something that won’t have our knees in our chest and that could support our backs. I purchased the “V” shape. It is super deep (35” without the back cushions, 31” with them on). I did insert a 3” inch memory pad under each seat cushion, but that’s because I had the pad and wanted to use it! The company responds quickly. I asked if they sold other colors because I would like to have this in white (I ordered the beige), they sent me the white at no cost!! This is easy to put together. The arms aren’t always lined up, so you have to play around with them, but they will fit. The sofa comes with 1” legs that can be changed. They also come with a metal piece so that you can connect each section. Ours is on flooring and has very minimal movement, so we haven’t clipped them together. There are also velcro strips that comes in each section, I guess to connect the seats if you want to do that. The cushions, covers, and legs are under each seat. There is a piece of wood that holds the items in. This wood splinters, so be careful. I took the bubble wrap and used that to protect my hand and pushed the wood up towards the wider part and was able to remove it. You won’t need it, so toss that wood. It is so beautiful and I am happy to have it. Watch the video that another reviewer posted. That helped me make my decision. ONE MONTH UPDATE: No change. I still absolutely love this sectional!! 3 teenagers slept on it at one time. I washed the covers in cold water and let them hang dry. They went back on with no problem. UPDATING AGAIN ON 9/8/25 Still in love with this sectional! I have memory foam in mine, so I rarely fluff it. It is still very comfortable and we do lounge on it….too often actually (LOL!). I am posting new pics as I have changed out the original legs to 6 inch legs. If anyone is wondering, the legs can be changed very easily. I bought wooden legs off of Amazon. ... show more
