    • couch is not comfortable!!!!!! cushions poorly made
Review Image by Cherrie
Review Image by Cherrie
Couch was comfortable for about 4 months. After that short period of time the cushions do not stay formed and in place. You can't sit on the couch without the cushion basically sliding off the couch. I've had to add egg crates under the cushions so you if you happen to sit in in between the cushions you are not sitting on what feels like a board. I have to flip the cushions daily to try and reform the cushions. This has caused a lot of back pain for the family- even the kids! If I could return this couch I would. I'm very disappointed as the couch seemed like it was going to be comfy and cozy- far from it ... show more

    • After 1 year review, meh.
I’m kind of confused as to how this couch has such great reviews. I’ve had this couch for a year now and am looking to get a replacement already. Pros: Putting the couch together was easy, it came very well packed and was simple to put together. The size is amazing and the seats are very deep, which I love. It is very attractive and the covers wash very well. Cons: out of the boxes this is the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on. You can’t lay across the couch without feeling the edge of the bases dig into your sides or back. I had to buy a huge piece of dense foam to put under the cushions the length of the couch to even make this tolerable. I also added pillows to the back and side cushions so that these were more plush under pressure. After all these modifications, the couch was acceptably comfortable. Now, after a year of owning this with two dogs, I will say that it is easy to clean, but the cushions are pilling horribly. My dogs are not rough on the couch, we all just get on the couch and lay down. So I would consider this normal wear and the fabric is just not holding up. The cushions are not fastened to the base in any way, so there is a huge gap between them from where I normally sit. This can be temporarily resolved by fluffing the cushions, but comes back almost immediately and is really annoying and uncomfortable. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for. I went into this purchase hoping for the best based on such great reviews, but none of them mentioned these issues. I really wish this held up better, but lessons learned about buying a couch off the internet without seeing it in real life. ... show more

The sofa is excellent, and the quality is very good. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was packed perfectly. All the covers can be removed, opened, and easily washed — very convenient. The sofa is soft and the color is beautiful. We are completely satisfied with the purchase. Highly recommend! ... show more

    • Tried to love it but 👎🏼
Honestly, I was so excited for this couch and loved seeing it online and kept coming back to this, but after 6 months of having it I regret buying it. It’s getting uncomfortable and there’s no support. Feathers keep coming out of the cushions and the longer you lay on it the more uncomfortable it gets. The cushions don’t stay so you have to constantly put them back in place. When I get off the couch the bottom cushions slide off and yes I do have the sticking attachment on them but it does nothing. I wish I didn’t purchase this and got a basic, easy to maintain sectional. It just feels like you’re drowning in it. Thickness goes away when you sit on it for more than 20 mins because it’s just feathers. ... show more

    • Great for the price!
Review Image by Clarissa Corlett
I bought this couch because we wanted a deep seated sectional but needed it to be modular since we won’t be in this house long term (future layout may not be the same). We didn’t have the budget for a 6k couch. After some time I finally ordered this and to my amazement, we aren’t disappointed. Shipment comes in 4 boxes (I believe, maybe 3). It’s packed in the boxes good. Fairly simple to put together. The cushions are adequate. Not the most comfortable but not uncomfortable. If you sit between 2 cushions you’ll feel the wood base. I seen another review that someone bought memory foam to put in the cushions so that’s what I did. I bought a king size memory foam mattress topper (3in) and cut it to size to fit into the bottom cushions. It seriously made a huge difference. I’ve had family stay with us and need to sleep on the couch and they have zero issues. Top cushions are comfortable, they’ll get deformed after some time but you just have to fluff them and sit them back up straight. I’ve had toddlers and dogs on the couch and the cushions clean easily. The removable covers come off nice but now I have the memory foam in them they’ll be harder to get back on. Laundry stain remover and a cloth easily get messes on the cushions. Overall love this couch. We got the ivory color (off white, beige) and it goes great with the aesthetic I’m going for. Some feathers have popped through but maybe only 2 or 3. Very happy with the couch especially for the price. ... show more

    • Great Couch! Needs a Little Pick Me Up

I bought this couch knowing I would have to spruce it up in order for it to be very comfy. The couch itself was easy to put together and shipping was quick. What’s on the pictures is what is you get so I was very happy with that. I bought pillows from Target to replace the back pillow-inserts as well as cutting up a mattress topper and putting it at the base of all butt-cushions. I wish the back pillows were Velcro because they do move around but with the price you can honestly install that yourself. I would recommend this couch to anyone who wants a basic couch and doesn’t mind jazzing it up as the couch is already cheap in itself. ... show more

    • Do not waste your money. Invest in something better
Terrible couch… even with extra foam cushions. Anytime I lay down I feel like I’m sliding off towards the ground. It’s been almost 6 months of purchase and I regret it so much. Do not buy!!!
