  • Excellent high-end Headset!
Style: All Platforms Size: USB-A Dongle Set: Charging Stand
The Jabra Evolve2 65 has been fantastic for work. The audio is clear, the microphone sounds great, and the Bluetooth connection is reliable. It's comfortable enough to wear all day, and the battery lasts much longer than I expected. If you spend a lot of time on calls or virtual meetings, this headset is definitely worth it. It comes at a high cost but if you use it daily it pays to have a better quality device. ... show more

  • Great headset with nice software
Style: All Platforms Size: USB-A Dongle Set: Charging Stand
I ordered these headphones as part of the Amazon Vine review program. I am not paid for tis review. It is my honest opinion. I have been using Jabra headphones for about 13 years. My first headphones were one-ear headphones like these. One of the ways these headphones have improved is the strength and durability of the headband. Previous versions had thin head bands with no padding. The padding on these headphones only extends along one side of the headphones with a band on top. I did see that some people felt they are tight. I’m not sure if that has to do with head size. I am a female and they fit comfortably. These headphones will last. The headphones connect easily using either bluetooth or the bluetooth fob. The connectivity distance is about 35-40 feet—which is about the longest length that a bluetooth connection can hold. If you use the fob, there is no reason to add the headphones as a Bluetooth device. The difference between using the headphones with or without the fob is a matter of choice. I do suggest downloading the Jabra software. There have been times over the years where downloading the software updated was critical. The Jabra software also allows you to have much more control over the settings. The headphones can connect two devices at once. If you like to listen to music at work, you can do so without worrying about missing a call. The music shuts off automatically if a call comes in. The sound quality is great but not as good as the two-ear headphones. These headphones sit on top of the ear. The ear cups are nicely padded. The thickness of the pads and the channels in the foam direct the sound nicely. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is because of the price. Although, the amount of control you have over the phone settings can’t be overlooked. It was close. Personally, I use the two-ear Jabra Evolve3 85s which go over the ears. They are bug but for noise cancellation and sound, they can’t be beat. ... show more

  • Alright headset, but too expensive
Style: All Platforms Size: USB-A Dongle Set: Charging Stand
This is a pretty decent headset. It pretty much is instantly ready to go if you use the dongle. It's about as comfortable as a single ear headset can be. Which is not very, but it's an occasionally necessary compromise when you still need to hear what is happening around you. It also, as some other reviewers noted, feel really cheap. It's super flimsy and I feel like I'm going to snap it in half every time I put it on. We use Avaya and Teams at work and it plays very nicely with both. In Avaya, in particular, it's nice to have a physical button on the side to start and end calls. And there's no setup needed. It just instantly worked perfectly. The audio quality is...complicated. The outgoing audio is fantastic. No complaints at all from the other end. Loud and clear. Incoming audio is...not. It's perfectly clear. No static or distortion or anything. But it's incredibly quiet. The volume is super low, even with everything turned up to max on all the apps and in the Windows settings. It was ok on my one wfh day last week, because it's quiet here, though I did still strain to hear most callers. But in the office? Completely unusable, especially in a call center environment. There's just no way I can use it there. And I have pretty decent hearing. For a quarter of what they're asking, it might be an ok product. But the price they're asking is just a hilariously bad deal, unfortunately. ... show more

  • Excellent professional headset — confirms why Jabra has such a strong reputation
Style: All Platforms Size: USB-A Dongle Set: Charging Stand
A few months ago, I was tasked with overhauling the conference room setup at our office. At the time, I honestly had never even heard of Jabra. After some research and recommendations, I ended up purchasing one of their Bluetooth conference speaker/microphone pucks for our meeting room setup, and it completely exceeded expectations. The audio quality, microphone clarity, and overall reliability were excellent, and we’ve continued using it ever since without issue. So when I saw this Jabra Evolve2 65 headset available, I already had pretty high expectations for the brand—and thankfully, it absolutely delivered. First off, this feels like a genuinely premium headset right out of the box. The materials, fit, charging stand, and overall finish all feel professional and well thought out. It doesn’t have that cheap plasticky “call center headset” feel that a lot of wireless office headsets tend to have. The comfort is excellent. The memory foam ear cushion is soft without feeling overly warm, and the headset is light enough that I can wear it through long meetings without constantly adjusting it or wanting to take it off. The single-ear design also works really well for office environments where you still need some awareness of what’s going on around you. Call quality is where this thing really shines. Voices sound extremely clear, and the microphone does a very good job reducing background noise. I work in property management, so my days are filled with Teams meetings, vendor calls, resident calls, and general chaos, and this headset handles all of it effortlessly. Battery life has also been excellent so far. The charging stand is one of those things you don’t think you care about until you have it—it just makes daily use cleaner and easier. Another big plus is that this is the “all platforms” version rather than Teams-only, so it works seamlessly across Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and everything else without locking you into a specific ecosystem. Overall, this is easily one of the nicest professional wireless headsets I’ve used. Expensive? Yes. But after using both this and Jabra’s conference equipment in a real office setting, I absolutely understand why the brand has such a strong reputation. ... show more

  • Just ok
Style: All Platforms Size: USB-A Dongle Set: Charging Stand
Poor Balance and Ergonomic Discomfort (Single-Ear Flaw)Unbalanced Headband Weight: Because this is a single-ear (mono) design, the heavy battery and internal tech are lopsided. The non-earpiece side utilizes a hard plastic or rubber T-pad anchor that presses directly against the side of your skull. Severe Clamping Force: Out of the box, the headband exerts intense clamping pressure to keep the lopsided weight from slipping off your head. This frequently causes localized headaches and soreness above the ear during long shifts. On-Ear Fatigue: The earpiece sits directly on the ear rather than around it. After two to three hours of continuous use, the pressure on the ear cartilage becomes painful for many users ... show more

  • Beautiful sound quality
Style: All Platforms Size: USB-A Dongle Set: Charging Stand
This headset is fantastic! The outgoing mic and incoming sound quality are both crystal clear and a much nicer quality than other headsets I’ve used. So far I’ve connected it with my iPad and primarily used it for gaming and FaceTiming, not with office apps. I don’t usually like headsets that only cover one ear, but it’s great for when you also need to hear what’s around you. For some people, I understand that it’s a drawback but it’s perfect for my case. The charging stand works well too, but half the time it’s hard to get the headset on it. As other reviewers said, I don’t get why they’re so expensive, but they are indeed exceptional quality. ... show more

  • Good headset for work and calls
Style: All Platforms Size: USB-A Dongle Set: Charging Stand
This is a solid headset from Jabra with both bluetooth functionality and a wireless dongle. This is clearly best suited towards a work-related use case. It's a half design with a ear pad and mic on the left side and a strap that rests on your head on the other side. The ear pad side slides into the included charging stand pretty well. The ear pad is meant to sit on your ears instead of your ear going in it and it surrounding your ear. The negative is that there's no sound isolation and there will be something constantly pressing against your ears. The positive is that you can hear your surroundings and at least the ear pad is extremely soft so it should take longer for discomfort to set in. Here comes my first major downside. There's not much adjustment here. If you have a big noggin, like me, you will have to let the right side sit higher on your head so the ear pad can reach your ear. It's very weird and uncomfortable. Now, for work and taking a voice call or something like that, these are great if you prefer this style of headset. Voices come through clear and the attached mic is pretty good. For music? I wouldn't use these for that. Overall, I feel this headset does what it sets out to do and does it well. I just wish the adjustment mechanism was bigger and wider so it could better fit my head. I really see this as being a problem for someone who is interested in this headset. ... show more
