I wear a size 8.5 according to the size chart but I ordered 8.5 and 9 to see which felt better. I sent the 8.5 back and am keeping the 9. It's good enough to keep but not perfect. It is a "minimal shoe" meaning it replicates barefoot walking and has very little padding and no arch support. (I am experimenting with "barefoot" shoes to strengthen my feet. Minimalist-shoe-exponents, including SOME podiatrists, advise against cushy support shoes because they claim they weaken our feet. I'm still deciding...) The wide toe box is definitely good, but the HEIGHT of the toe box in this shoe is not spacious. My big toes are sensitive and I wish these had more height in the toe box. I added a thin memory foam liner because my feet don't have much padding and that has made the toe box height even a bit more snug. So... if your toes/toenails are not supersensitive, and you are not looking for cushy arch support, these shoes are fine. They look nice and are reasonably comfortable. They are lightweight, the velcro makes it easy to put on. ... show more

These are quite comfortable, and the multi-color pattern is beautiful. Note that the fabric is not nubby/mesh like shown for some of the other colors. It's smooth and more like the material used for yoga pants. I was looking for a zero-drop shoe, not necessarily wide, and these fit perfectly - lots of room. I'm in love!! I have incredibly wide feet, plus high arches. Very few shoes seem to fit me comfortably. These so fit the bill. They are lightweight, don't compress my toes at all and have been a joy to walk around in. Since I've only owned them for a few days I cannot speak to longevity, but at this price, who cares? My only comment would be that I would not wear them without socks. I do not find them as comfortable that way. Small price to pay. ... show more

I love the fabric they are made of. They are durable but light and breathable. I wish they had more of a heel. I feel like I clomp when I step. The side you pull over seems okay, but the other side should have been longer. There is not much room for adjustment. Luckily it works, but barely.
