I was looking for a higher quality headset with a microphone and active noise cancelling features for my work from home office. I need it for conference calls, virtual meetings, training seminars, and virtual one-on-ones with employees. I also have a noisy home with loud parrots. I received a recommendation for the Jabra Evolve 75. This headset has far exceeded my expectations and has lived up to the recommendations. The headset is comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Having worn earbuds previously, I was worried it would be heavy or oppressive but it is not at all. The sound quality is clear and crisp - both in what I hear and what I am able to transmit through the microphone. While nothing prevents the incredibly high decibels of a shrieking parrot throwing a rare tantrum, the headset prevents the general background noise from my both in what I hear and in what is transmitted through the microphone. The mobility with a wireless headset is a Godsend. This headset is great for plug and play with either the doggle or the Bluetooth both with my laptop and with my iPhone. It takes only seconds to pair Bluetooth. The battery life is not as long as the newer Jabra Evolve2 65 but the 65 does not have the active noise cancellation that I need. However battery life easily lasts enough to do what I need. I have not experienced any headaches from the active noise cancellation - which was an initial concern.     • Game-Changing Noise-Canceling Headphones; OK For Multiple Calls In One Room
We bought 1 pair to test them out. Then we bought another. And another. And another. These things are fantastic. We can have multiple people in the same room, each on a different call, and both our person and the person on the other end are isolated. It makes it possible to avoid needing conference rooms and phone booths. USB connection is always easy and solid. Bluetooth connection has had some problems not connecting, but that is uncommon. Once fully charged, the voice says "14 hours remaining" or "12 hours remaining." I've not actually tested it, but they certainly last for hours. Comfortable for several hours. I wouldn't want to wear them all day. Mic placement is important, since the noise cancellation is so good. Test it out with someone and you'll know where it can be to work perfectly.     • Great sound, but early failure and support sucks
I really really liked this headset while it worked. However, almost from the very beginning, it would not charge properly. I tried everything and sometimes it would charge, other times it would not. Finally, it would never charge, no matter what i plugged it into, no matter how long it was plugged in. Support is difficult to navigate. Apparently Jabra thinks only corporate clients purchase this item. AND when I was finally given an RMA to return for a replacement, I find that I have to PAY to ship it to them. Seriously? This is a VERY expensive headset, it is defective, and I have to pay to ship it to you and then wait for weeks for a replacement? ... show more

I purchased this headset over 5 years ago now and while the cost was expensive, this is definitely the case that you get what you pay for! I am on the phone almost all day for work and the battery still lasts all day without any issues, they are more comfortable than any other headset I have tried to use, and the ANC helps drown out outside office noise so that I can stay focused on my calls.     • Overall excellent headset for meetings
Purchased for meetings. I was surprised at the sound quality for listening to music on my iPhone, it was very good. The noise reduction is good, on par with the older Bose headset I have. Strengths also include very long battery life, adjustability, and ability to mute by moving the microphone boom upwards (i.e. during a meeting you don't need to be at your computer itself to mute/unmute). The WiFi connections have been a bit wonky. On the plus side it can actually link to your iPhone and your computer at the same time. When a call comes in, or you need to start a meeting it intelligently mutes the other input. On the negative side, it seems that I have to use the Bluetooth menu frequently to initiate connections, and select the device manually. Sometimes I even have to forget the headset and start again which is inconvenient if it happens at the beginning of a meeting. In terms of walk-around range it has trouble with walls when using my work PC - however, if you have it connected to an iPhone, iMac, etc then the range is excellent and not affected by walls at all. So, that may be an issue with PC laptop Bluetooth not the headset (I use a Lenovo ThinkPad). Only other drawback is that wearing it all day is a little uncomfortable due to the earpad pressure and weight from headband on top of your head. This is not an issue for me until 3-4 hours of use, so taking breaks works well. FYI, the headset will fall off when you lean forward, so this is not really a good headset for the gym unless you are only doing stationary bike or a rower, etc. ... show more

I am very impressed by the fit, finish, and feature set of these headphones. The headphones feel quite sturdy, and the materials used are solid and good quality. Application integration (applications such as WebEx and Skype) is seamless, and setup is a snap. Seemingly every feature I could need in a headset is here. Battery life is terrific (14 hours and I feel it is true to that duration). Active noise canceling is not quite what you would expect though. Rather than canceling out and muffling most sound, it only cancels out a seemingly more limited frequency range (the white noise), which leaves speech still fairly clear. The headset also does not feature any equalizer controls (none that I've found, anyway), and bottom end is rather light, so I wouldn't necessarily say this headset is great for listening to bass-heavy music or audio. ... show more

Very comfortable and convenient. works well for remote operations so that I am not tied to the PC when on a Skype or WebEx call. The audio is clear and chartime is decent, charge hold time is better than expected. The only genuine gripe I do have is the “On, Mid & Off” positions are not clearly legible since the markings and material are in the same color, so you have to remember where they are on either side of the Middle, otherwise I am very pleased with this purchase. ... show more
