  • Great head set!
Size: Dual-ear Style: Teams Certified Pattern: Charging Cord
I waited to write this review to see how long and how well this head set works / lasts. December I will have had it 3 years. I use it daily all day to the point it is always around my neck. I work dispatch for a plumbing company. I don’t sit behind a desk all day because I wear many hats for the company and run errands etc all the while answering the phone. This head set is awesome as it is easy to get on in a hurry and it connects at the touch a button. You can be beside something super loud and the customer doesn’t hear a thing. I have driven in my jeep with the top down and answered a call and you don’t hear any wind or background noise. The range is also very good as I can walk away from my phone about 2 rooms and stillI have good connection. It is now about time for me to order a new one as the head piece has stretched now and it’s hard to keep on. I have worn it completely out, but it has served me well. I ordered a stand for it to sit on at night while it’s charging and I really like that as well. They are mid size, but I am okay with that as they serve their purpose. I highly recommend, but keep in mind. If you wear them as much as I do, be prepared to replace in about 2&1/2 to 3 years. ... show more

  • An all around great product!
Size: Dual-ear Style: Teams Certified Pattern: Charging Cord
I absolutely love this headset! As someone who works from home and is on the phone the majority of the day I couldn't have chosen a better headset. I had recently bought a very inexpensive wireless headset and it was terrible! My clients kept telling me that I was echoing, sounded like I was in a tunnel and so on.... I then returned it and once again made the same mistake and bought another inexpensive wireless headset. I tested it out and it was even worse then the first one! I said to myself "I guess I am going to be stuck wearing a wired headset and I'll just have to deal with it...or so I thought lol. I asked my supervisor if he could recommended a good one to me and he told me about the Jabra Evolve. He knew how frustrated I was with the frequent headaches because my wired headset that my work provided was big and uncomfortable, I was chained to my desk and all I wanted was one that was "perfect" and allowed me to be free. The sound quality was important to me but the most important thing was for my clients to be able to hear me clearly. I trust my boss and if he says Jabra Evolve 65s are good then I am sold! He has the Jabra Evolve 75s and swears by them so I ordered the one I wanted right away! I got it the next day and couldn't wait to test it out. I was unsure of what the settings needed to be set to in my PC for the input and output and for the Advanced Sound settings. I Skype my boss and asked for help. He had me present my computer screen so he can see what the settings needed to be. I was so anxious to know if I sounded clear and was able to be heard. Soon after I did a test call to the bosses cell phone using the phone software installed in my PC which is Vontage . We had a minor issue at first because he could hear me but I couldn't hear him. Immediately I thought "Not again"! We did a few little adjustments and made another test call and my boss said I sounded perfect! I Immediately asked him, do I sound like I'm in a tunnel, am I echoing or is there a delay? He laughed and said "nope you sound great"! I was ecstatic, and relieved that I had finally found what I was needing and looking for. I now HIGHLY recommend the Jabra Evolve 65 wireless headset. The sound is great, and clear and that was most important to me. It is lightweight and comfortable to wear all day while working. Also, the fact that it has a mute button is awesome and it's simple to use and fast, all you do is hold the volume down button for a second, until you hear the beep and its on mute and you do the same to unmute. I am 100% happy and satisfied with my purchase, thank you Jabra for making such great products! ... show more

  • Great office headset / music is another story
Size: Dual-ear Style: Teams Certified Pattern: Charging Cord
There's a few ways to look at this headset depending on how you plan to use it. Are you looking for the best office headset, and how much do you plan to listen to music? What I really wanted was a single, high quality wireless headset to replace my Bose noise cancelling headphones and wired VOIP/Lync headset - in the ideal world, a wireless Sennheiser Momentum with a high quality noise cancelling boom mic. The Evolve works great for voice - WebEx, Lync, pairing with your mobile is really easy and the sound quality is better than most solutions designed for office use. Range is also fantastic. However, for music, you really won't be satisfied using it as headphones on a long flight or kicking back with your eyes closed. The tonal range is flat and lacks quite a bit of detail for music. What you get for $200 is the best bluetooth mobile / Lync / WebEx / Gotomeeting headset out there, where you can listen to music in a pinch. However, if you are picky about headphone audio quality, you will still be carrying around a set of high quality headphones. *Update* After a few months of using, I'll throw in a few extra points. I still haven't figured out how to switch between computer and phone. When I get a mobile phone call while on Skype, Lync, or WebEx, it switches audio to the phone automatically, even for texts or mobile phone alerts which aren't relevant, which will cut you out of the current web conference. This is extremely annoying. The Evolve needs some kind of "do not disturb" or easy way to switch audio between connected devices. That said, I've been using the headset for phone and web conferences at airports, hotel lounges, in my car, just about everywhere. It performs really well in these noisy environments, both for the call audio and the noise cancelling mic so the other party can't hear the noise. ... show more

  • Best headset to use if you’re working in Starbucks, but the handle will break!
Size: Dual-ear Style: Teams Certified Pattern: Charging Cord
I had to buy a second one. I do all my work from the coffee shop and am frequently attending meetings online. I tried all type of high end ear buds and headsets, looking for one with the best noise cancellation mics so those on the other end will not hear any noise. This Jabra is by far the best for that purpose. The headset does not fit tight so I frequently have to adjust it, and I still hear some background noise. But as far as those I am meeting with are concerned, I am coming across loud and clear even though music and noise from the coffee shop is all around me. Also, after about 1 year of use, the handle just broke! But I still went out to buy the same Jabra, because I still work out of the coffee shop! ... show more

  • Lousy wireless connection, minimal range, not worth the cost
Size: Dual-ear Style: Teams Certified Pattern: Charging Cord
I don't normally review products, but this headset was absolutely horrible and demands a review. I bought it to use with my PC for online education via Go To Meeting sessions. I plugged it in and connected the USB cable to charge while listening to a training video and was impressed with the sound quality and fit of the headset. After the battery charged, I disconnected the USB cable and tried watching the same video again and had immediate distortion of audio and drop out if I turned my head slightly or moved away from the PC. The PC and BT transceiver are on my right side, about three feet away from the headset as I wear it. I walked about 10 feet out of the room, still in line of sight of the PC, and totally lost the signal, as announced by a pleasant voice in the headset. I switched the headset so the mic was on my right side facing the PC and the dropout rate was reduced but there was still occasional clipping of the audio. Then I placed my hands over the headset to adjust the fit and totally lost the signal again. Soon as my hands were removed, audio was restored. Put my right hand up to my ear and the audio dropped out or was clipped until I lowered my hand. I spent $200.00 on this headset for the "long wireless range" the device is supposed to have, but if it won't work sitting right next to the PC, then that's a problem. I have been using a pair of Plantronics Audio 995 wireless headsets that cost $50.00 and work 100 times better than the Jabra device. I've never had any dropout or clipping while sitting next to the PC and I have been able to walk out of sight of the PC and still maintain a weak connection. I went to Jabra's website for support, entered the model number, and called the number listed to see if they had any suggestions. The first thing the guy told me was that I contacted the wrong department. It's not like I used the yellow pages to get their number, if their website can't give me the correct number for the model I entered, well, that's their problem. So I told him the headsets weren't working right and since he couldn't help me, I'd return them and use the Plantronics that work much better out of the box. Bottom line, for $200.00 I'd expect something that works better, not worse, than the $50.00 Plantronics headset I have. Very disappointing. ... show more

  • Jabra Evolve 65 is best I've ever used.
Size: Dual-ear Style: Teams Certified Pattern: Charging Cord
First: Spec error: No "C Battery" required. Second: I recently retired from decades of tech support work. 8-12 hours a day wearing a headset. This is, by far, the best one I've ever had. Third: I bought this as a replacement. After 2 years of typical abuse, the plastic stem on the mic side broke. It still operates like the day it was new, I just have to hit it with enough glue to slap the muff assembly back on the headband. Usage notes: It can bluetooth to 2 devices. If it's ""straight" bluetooth, the little talking lady will tell you they are both "mobile" at power-up. If you use the Jabra link dongle, she will figure out it's a "PC". As with any device like this, figuring out what works when and where (like the mute and hang-up) takes a bit, but it is completely usable right from the start - with dual devices. ... show more

  • They'll break with time. Waste of money
Size: Dual-ear Style: Teams Certified Pattern: Charging Cord
They are awesome headsets until they break. Noise canceling is perfect, sound and mic perfect, battery life also perfect. The only thing is that they break with time and use. I tried repairing them but still won't work. They are too expensive to just be functional for a bit over a year. I used them for work and not even everyday. Reading all the reviews now, there is an issue in their design and it seems they always break in the same spot. I'm looking for other headsets and different brand ... show more

  • I use these all day every day and they're awesome!
Size: Dual-ear Style: Teams Certified Pattern: Charging Cord
I work remotely and travel full time in an RV and these headphones have been amazing. The microphone quality is outstanding. I've been in noisy RV parks with the RV air conditioner running full blast and folks have been able to hear me perfectly. I purchased these in November 2021 and I am writing the review in May 2025 because the microphone finally went out and I am replacing them. But they worked flawlessly for almost 4 years of every day use. And I mean all day every day. I am on calls consistently throughout the day and when I'm not on a call I am listening to music. Again, these headphones have been flawless. I think the best complement I can give these headphones is that now that I have to replace them, I am replacing them with the exact same model. I will gladly pay $180 for 4 years of use from an everyday headphone. ... show more
