I don't know what it is with manufacturers having apparently run out of paper and being completely incapable of providing a full size sheet of paper with large images and clear easy-to-read writing on it covering every step you need to do. Because this and other products have the tiniest stupidest little scrawny incomplete diagrams and insufficient instructions, such that you end up guessing which way around things go and getting it wrong, and using the wrong tool for tightening such that it ends up slipping and cutting your hand etc.... I eventually got it together but not without struggles, instructions could've been 100% better. The bed itself is fine, though the headboard is not all that soft, it seems to have about a 1/2 inch of padding.

Arrived quickly. Took everything out of the box and discovered the zipper on back of headboard where assembly hardware was stored for shipping was broken. Since it was on the back of the headboard we decided it was not worth the return process. Lovely bed for a guest room

Bed can kinda be a hassle putting together the sides. The bed squeaks very bad when having parent down time. I tighten up the bolts but it squeaks horribly bad and if your a young couple I don't recommend this unless you got no neighbors or others around to hear. Aside that it is a very nice looking bed. Takes pro 20 minutes 30 tops to assemble. Everything fits right in the back head post. I recommend getting a longer Allen key because the one they send is to short and can become a pain to use making it awhile longer to keep adjusting it due to no room to spinning and tighten. 3/5☆ great for the price. Me at 300+ My 4 kids ages 2-8 and 100lb wife all fit on the queen. Just the back headboard part squeaks very bad when it's being rocked 🤣 only thing stopping me from giving this it's 5th star

Easy to assemble no issues, looks nice the head bord seems well made the bed sits kinda low but I wanted to that way I got a Nectar mattress and with that on it it's perfect height to comfortably get in and out if bed, only thing I'd recommend is adding a little more support under it i can't see it lasting to long the with only the included parts the slats are too thin and didn't seem like it would hold enough weight ,so I cut up a 2x4 and added some extra wood under slats, side rails , and top center of the frame now its solid and will easily hold my fat ass the mattress my girlfriend and all the overpriced bedding she got ......why we have so many pillows and a balnket for our comforter I have no idea .....

This had great instructions for putting this frame together. Simple and easy! The look of the material is stunning, as I said. Rich looking and lovely. This is in our guest room & visitors have loved it. It's one of the most reasonably priced I looked at and well worth the money for sure! We've changed all our beds to platform style frames because they're much easier to get into and out of. We're retired and this has made a huge difference for us. Just one mattress is much more reasonable because no box springs needed. We just love this and it is serving us well. We highly recommend!
