The product packaging was overall small compared to what I was expecting. It was sealed good, came with easy and proper instructions. Once I had cut open the plastic and the bed slowly unfolded, it was alittle tasking to get the bed to properly unfold and Maneuver, on the bedframe. The mattress, after 24 hours was not fully formed so I gave it a total of 72 hours and the the mattress had fully formed except for, a hand sized spot, in one of the corners. Others than that. The mattress was easy to open and formed well. The mattress is harder than you would think, to the touch, but is surprisingly soft once you lay or sit down, and it slowly comformes to the shape of your body. The mattress sleeps well and provides a nice, comfortable sleep. Well worth the price for the quality of this. ... show more

    • I pass out for 9 hours straight
In 2018, my husband and I bought a bedroom suit, with a “chiropractic” bed. Spent $3,000 on the set. Aside from the furniture being trash, the bed had springs poking our ribs within months. Got a free replacement of the same bed thinking it was a bad make. Springs again, along with back pain and sore muscles, tossing and turning, and no sleep (I’m 30 years old, so uncommon for me to not sleep). We moved, got rid of that whole bedroom set, and I bought this mattress. We’ve only used it for two weeks, so I can’t speak long term about it, but my head hits the pillow and I’m out until my puppy barks in the morning to be let out. Have you ever slept so hard that you wake up disoriented? That was me the first couple of times (which yes, we’d just moved), woke up so rested I didn’t know where I was! I look forward to sleeping and this bed is a wonderful cloud to sleep on. Even if I have to replace it in a couple of years, for the price and the sleep quality, I’ll do it. Back pain free. 9 hours of sleep. No tossing and turning. Love it **update after using for 2+ months** definitely loses it’s firmness, BUT I remain with my first comment that not having springs in our rib cages is amazing! ... show more

    • Worth the read.
We got the 12” black king size mattress. So to the ones saying it rises slow and uneven. At first the corners wanted to, but I unzipped the mattress protector it came in which is super soft and let it rise. It was finished in less than 6 hours but still gave it an extra 2 just to be super. Mattress is definitely a firm feel. It has some give but definitely not a bed to plop down on. And it’s not like a board laying on it. It contours just enough. You don’t feel like you sleep in a hole as I weigh 200lbs. Edges are plenty firm and don’t feel like you’re gonna fall off. Sitting on the edge it gives some but not where you can feel the bars or close to that. So plenty of edge support. Overall everything is exactly what was expected. Just know it is a firm bed but it’s comfy too. If you want to plop down or feel like you’re in a soft cloud find a plush. Oh and great price. And well packaged. ... show more

The bed at first is comfy, but it doesn't hold it's form very well. We have to turn the mattress every week or so to keep it comfy. When you sit on one side for a bit it literally flattens out to the point we are on the bed slats. As it flattens when you sit it makes a big hump in the middle of the bed making it very hard to sleep on the bed. Me and my husband are sharing this mattress for now and it's not super comfy. The dip causes us to be sleeping almost on the side rails of the bed. If this was for one person who slept in the middle it may be OK. We order this mattress in a queen size. ... show more

    • I don’t hate it.
After reading all the reviews we decided to purchase this mattress for our king size bed. Here are my thoughts: 1.) it is VERY firm! 2.) give it a few weeks before you decide if you’ll like it or not 3.) it is good quality 4.) a great value 5.) it’s growing on me but it’s just so dang firm 6.) a mattress topper made it all better. 7.) it seems to retain heat. I don’t love this bed but I don’t hate it either. I probably wouldn’t buy it again but it’s not worth going through the hassle to return either. It’s well made just too firm for my taste. Bonus: my husband and I do not feel each other move around anymore at night. Win! ... show more
