Directions: Prepare the Fluid Select the appropriate medication, supplement, or fluid for administration. Ensure the fluid is well-mixed and at an appropriate temperature for livestock use (not too cold or hot). Assemble the Drenching Gun Attach the included tubing securely to the syringe inlet. Connect the adaptor end of the tubing to your fluid container or draw fluid directly into the barrel if using manually. Fill the Syringe Gently draw the plunger back to fill the syringe barrel with the desired amount of fluid. Use the clear 5ml increment markings to measure accurately up to the 20ml capacity. Restrain the Animal Safely restrain the animal to reduce stress and prevent injury. Ensure the head is slightly elevated for easier administration. Administer the Fluid Gently insert the curved metal drenching probe into the side of the animal’s mouth, aiming toward the back of the throat. Slowly depress the trigger or plunger to release the fluid steadily. Avoid forcing the fluid too quickly to prevent choking. Withdraw and Clean Remove the probe carefully once all fluid has been administered. Rinse all components thoroughly with warm water after each use. For extended life, periodically sanitize the gun using a mild disinfectant solution and let it air dry completely.
