As soon as the EZ bed arrived (as promised), I wanted to ensure that it operated as promoted before guest usage, and for me too before taking it on the road. Having used someone else's EZ bed (queen-size) as a guest many years ago, I knew what to expect. The bed was packaged well and without any visible damage. The bed inflated/deflated within just a very few short minutes. My new EZ bed has different "comfort" levels including firm, medium and plush, all of which were to my liking (this is an upgrade from model I used as guest). The protective storage case includes finger grips for ease of carrying the bed, or use the pull-out handle and wheels for moving the bed where it needs to go. The zippers are strong and open/close functions without issues. I'm happy with this purchase and expect that my guests will find that it is comfortable, too.

The middle section of this bed broke and puffed up making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. I called and spoke to a supervisor. She informed me that since it was 5 months out of warranty, she could do nothing. I explained we only use this bed once or twice a year for a week or less... but that makes no difference. I asked to speak to her manager and she told me she could not connect me or give me his name. Yeah, right. This company does NOT back their product. I will never buy again. I suggest you don't either.

I bought ez twin bed as a temporary bed. My mother has dementia and can’t be left alone at night. I sleep in the same room and deflate the bed in the morning. It’s very easy to inflate/deflate. I also like the bed frame and storage bag permanently attached. It’s easy getting in/out because it’s not low to the floor. I did purchase a 3” gel topper to make it a little less firm. Overall, it does a great job.

The bed is easy to setup and inflate. It's comfortable and mostly quiet. When the "Deflate Defender" is active and no one is on the bed it does make a small "clicking" sound. Once a person gets back onto the mattress the clicking stops. (We haven't tried sleeping on it overnight with the Deflate Defender inactive, so I don't know what kind of --if any -- air loss we might expect.) We like the bed, and the fact that it's in its own compact "case"!

We recently used this for the first time, and had a guest who was near the upper weight limit of the bed. It held up great, was very easy to use, and our guest appreciated the firmness of the mattress (on the medium setting). If the backup air pump came on, he said it was silent. Deflating was equally quick. The hardest part of the whole experience was zipping up the case when we were done with it.

I used this bed for two months. I am single. I only sleep on the bed. No rough use. Just sleeping And then it developed a lump. Within three weeks this lump spread to the entire center of bed . I have to sleep with the bed on low so the bumps level out as I sleep. But I still get rolled off. So I end up sleeping with it jammed in a corner. It was $300. I was so excited. But I’m now just disappointed. I wish they would respond and provide a refund or something. $300 is a lot for a twin bed. I want to get another bed but am very reluctant now.
