This air mattress was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. The carry case is amazing and instructions were so easy. Inflated perfectly!! Just what I was looking for. Great product! However I ordered a queen and a full size was delivered. Didnt realize until I inflated it. I don’t see any options to exchange, only return. So now I am waiting for fed ex to pick up and refund is issued so I can reorder. I don’t see any options to get in touch with seller. But with this said l, I am giving 5 stars based on the product and anticipating a smooth exchange! Update: Easy and timely return. Fed ex picked up, refund issued and ordered a new one. Will be delivered next week! Fingers crossed the right size this time! Update 2: Was supposed to be delivered today 7/7. Hasn’t shipped and Amazon saying they are waiting for a courier to pick up. Chat was not helpful. Had to call on the phone for 35 minutes. No resolution

This worked out perfectly for guest. Surprisingly comfortable. Preferable than an air mattress directly on the floor. Can adjust to firmness. Spacious. Easy to open and inflate. Just as easy to deflate and store. Recommended

We were so excited to by this mattress and don't feel all the troubles we have had is worth the money. Save your money. From the moment we inflated this bed we have had this bed deflate do to a puncture hole under the bed from where the bed folded into the motor. We had family coming and I was getting the bed ready as I needed to let the mattress topper we bought air out for at least 24hrs. Once we inflated it, we heard this whistle and thats when we found the hole. we contacted Ivation as we had family coming the next day they told us there is nothing we could do as a third party sold it to us but they told us to patch it up with the provided patch that came with the bed and that it would not null and void our return. Tried contacting SkyMall to make sure and they did not respond with anything other than "an order number was created". We patched it up per the instructions in the kit and the representative from Ivation as we didn't have any other option. We waited the 4-5 hrs needed and reinflated it just to find it deflated within 2 hours. Contacted SkyMall again just to get the same message (I also understand it being the holiday season as but it was the 23 at 11am). At this point we, yet again, had to reinforced it but this time with Gorilla Tape. This seemed to do the trick until my cousin told me that the bed had folded on her and she slept on the ground. We reinflated the bed to find that the pressure from my cousin, who weighed less than 150lbs, had caused the air to find a tunnel in the tape (despite rubbing it down and not putting any pressure on it). At this point, we are done trying and don't feel we should have struggled this much for a $300 mattress. Returning it and probably getting a day bed. I hope you don't have the same experience we did

This was a great buy! It’s super easy to use, comfortable to lay on, and just as easy to store when not in use. I especially love how portable it is—I can toss it in the car and bring it along for road trips without taking up much space. The wheels work very well to move it around. The quality feels solid, inflation was quick and smooth, and it retained air really well throughout the night. Deflation is just as easy—it takes no time at all to release the air and fold it up for storage. Easy to inflate and deflate Great for travel or guest use Holds air well and feels durable Compact enough for road trips Highly recommend if you're looking for a practical, comfy solution that travels well!

We purchased this to replace an aging Futton. The packaging is amazing and the storage is great. Zipping it up requires some help but once you have the knack it goes easily enough (we flipped it on its side as we zipped so Gravity was assisting). The Inflation is super easy. Just plug it in and inflate. Same with Deflating. Just turn the knob and there it goes. So the video they show is pretty representative. But the zipping up process is nowhere near as easy as they show! My sister and Brother in law spend four nights on this (both over 50 years old). They both said it was nice to be up high, they were able to sit on the edge and they felt fully supported (on Firm and Extra Firm setting). My sister's only comment was that because there is a 75 pound difference between them (my sister at 125# and my B-I-L at 200#) when he rolled around it disturbed her but when he got up in the middle of the night she was really awoken. This is no different from the Aerobed they have used in the past so its not a critique of the product so much as this category (air mattress). I read a lot of reviews about the product having an air leak. We did not have that experience. I would consider buying this product again as a spare bed for people over 30 years old ... who cannot easily get up off the floor! Comparing it in cost to the high rise queen Aerobed (at ~$200) I think this product is a bit easier to work with (having to stuff the aerobed back into the bag is equally challenging to this unity) and this stores 'nicer' with the wheels.

One of the best purchases I have ever made. It's so easy to set up, use and it completely folds itself up to a size no bigger than a two tier bookcase or shoe caddy. I use it when I have family visiting and then it goes back into the closet. This is an ingenious invention.

I moved states for school and didn’t want to buy an actual mattress and the thing that goes under the mattress if I’m only going to be in this state for 9 months. I especially didn’t want to lug it back over state lines or deal with selling it when I moved back. I found this ad by chance on instagram and was like this is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I have slept on it for a few days now and it’s great. Now it definitely does feel like sleeping on an air mattress, and I have to reinflate it every day but since it does that itself it’s not an issue at all. It’s super light weight, when folded up it has wheels like an actual luggage, it inflates super quick, and sleeps comfortably. The only thing annoying is every morning it deflates just a little bit so that I’m moved back into the middle of the mattress with the sides sticking up, but not by a lot. It definitely isn’t a mattress you can jump on, or throw your body on. I’m careful every time I get on because it is sturdy but you gotta be careful. Overall a great replacement for a mattress for the price it is.

Edit 4/25/22: Was told I would have a new item in 5-10 buisness days on March 23. Followed up April 19 after receiving no package or communication from the company. My response was : "the order is still delayed, we are going to request an update from the shipping department and will update you." I have received no further communication as of this point. It's a great product you just have to gamble on whether you receive a good unit. Seems like the manufacturer would benefit from a Six Sigma program. _____________________ Original Review below _____________________ This air mattress is very comfortable and the ease of setup/storing makes it all the better. As a manufacturing engineer, I will say that the overall six sigma quality levels could be better to ensure defects aren't reaching the customer. However, if you don't get a defective mattress(which warranty coverage in my experience wasn't painful at all) you will have an airbed that you will love. For all intents and purposes, it is as durable/and comfortable as a regular bed. Money well spent. I bought my air mattress in November 2021 and we found a pinhole had formed along the seem of one of the baffles in March 2022, so after about 10 uses. I reached out to customer service and they were friendly and easy to work with and they got a replacement air mattress shipped to me a week from the initial claim email. Can't complain about issues as it was a slow leak that was survivable for the time it was being used with a minor tape patch.
