Just got the futon today, so can’t speak to its resilience. It was very easy to install - I was able to unpack and assemble all within my 30min lunch break with time to spare. No issues with the quality. It does sit low and is not the most comfortable if you were to use in main sitting area and sit in for long periods of time. However, comfort in my main couch is a very high priority for me. For our purpose of (slightly awkward) open den room where it won’t be used daily, it works perfectly and looks great! It is a bit too hard...not very comfortable...seems sturdy though...i thought i ordered a smooth fake leather...its like a combo of material/ leather...i have pets so not easy to clean...i dont understand why a cushier click couch cant be made...??? They are always hard as rocks...

put this in my office as it is tight space. It pullsout to little smaller than a full i think. large enough for 5'10 person to layout confortable. Would be tight with too people. cushions are comfy. plush white isnt too hot of texture to make you sweat. took me about 2-3 hours to fully put together i think i gave 5 stars for the value. ... show more

We purchased this to accommodate a weekend guest. The item arrived and appeared to be in new working condition. We assembled it per the instructions with no issues. Everything felt as it should after assembly. After our guest put it in the flat conguration and went to sleep, the product flipped over, dumping him on the ground. This resulted in him re injuring his shoulder and damaging my wall. For context my guest was 5'10 and roughly 160lbs. We looked Everything over and were able to determine that everything was intact and installed correctly. We found that any weight applied toward the backrest area in the flat position makes this very unstable. This is one of the first items I've written a bad review for. ... show more

Very nice looking and easy to put together. For a futon it is comfortable for short periods. I would not want to use as primary seating but it's great in my office where people only sit for short periods.
