I'd give this higher than a 3, and lower than a 4. It's a nice little watch and a decent activity tracker. There are some pieces of junk out there, but I wouldn't count this among them. For what it is, it's serviceable and stylish, too. If nothing more, you'll have a nice looking watch with some customizability. But the fitness features are pretty nice and useable on a daily basis. // Accuracy Its not 100% accurate. No fitness tracker is. It's maybe 85-93% accurate. It all depends on what you can compare it to. If you have no frame of reference (haven't used a high quality fitness tracker, don't use your phone to track your activity) then you'll be thrilled with the features and functionality. If you have a serious history with fitness tracking, you'll find this serviceable, but probably wouldn't put your unwavering trust in it's accuracy. // Navigation The large square shape is great for navigation. It's ideal for swiping comfortably, unlike the pill-shaped fitness trackers. Categories and features are easy to find and are logically sorted. // Style It looks good. Real good. It's a huge plus over pill-style watches. It's got lots of different watch faces built in, and you can download new ones to suit your style for the day. // Comfort You can easily wear this for many hours every day. Note: if you're not used to wearing watches, DO NOT WEAR IT TOO TIGHTLY! It's ok if it moves around a bit, but you do not want it too snug - even if it "feels fine" for you. You can damage your nerves and cause arm and wrist pain (it may go away after a few days, but the discomfort is not worth it, so be careful). // Battery 2-3 days is a good estimate. // A Plus You don't need an app to use this watch. There are some that REQUIRE the app before you can even boot it up. Not being required to download software with who knows what in it is a humongous plus for me. If you want extra features, then you can install the app. - A fitness tracker is best used as a general reference of your activity. Don't put a ton of trust (or importance) in the steps, calories burned, and other features. If you can agree, in general, with what it says and the amount of effort you think you put in, then you'll have a good relationship and this would be for you. If you need something that is near-infallible and accurate to the breath, then you wouldn't have clicked on this product. This is a decent entry into the fitness tracker/smart watch world, and to be able to get your feet wet on a budget makes this such an appealing product. The iTouch Air 4 Smartwatch has lots of useful features! As mentioned in the description and other reviews it has a lot of health/fitness related monitors like other smart watches. The pairing was easy and the app was easy to maneuver. One feature is the "Love Tap". After several days, I still was unable to figure this out. I assume you can send someone and emoji or short note? There was no way to enter an email address or phone number for a text. Instruction on this would have been helpful. I would like an extra charging cord as backup or a longer one. As of today, I could not find one on Amazon. They are available for the iTouch Air 3. These state they ONLY work on the 3. Also, note that you can put 11 faces for the watch from the app. BE SURE that you really like 1-10. I did not find anyway to delete ones you decide you don't like! If you find another face that you like, it will overwrite #11. #1-10 seem to be permanent once you pick them! Another thing, under Setting is a switch called Raise to Wake. I turned it on when I first got the watch. Every time I turned my wrist toward my face, the watch would light up for several seconds. Many times in the night and multiple times while driving in the dark. Very distracting. I now switch it off in the evening. I really like this watch. I would like an update on the app to be able to delete the watch faces and the ability to buy a backup charging cord and instructions on the Love Tap. ... show more

i did not get off to a great start with my watch, after opening it and putting on charger for the first time it stopped charging within an hour and i had to go through the warranty process and return and receive a new watch. it went pretty smoothly and the new watch has been working just fine. although i do have a few complaints. battery life is not the greatest. it might last a week if you are not active but i get maybe 2 days on a full charge, the sleep monitor is not accurate if it even says you slept at all, and the blood oxygen meter does not monitor continously. and shows no data in the app. also the camera button does not work but that could also be a phone issue. overall i probably would not get another because of the lack of accuracy ... show more
