My 7-year-old great-granddaughter is a major Frozen fan and was thrilled with this costume. She wears size 7 pants/skirts/dresses, and 6-8 tops. The costume fit well as a dress, but was slightly on the longer side. My granddaughter styled it with black tights and boots and it looked great. It also kept her warm. The fabric and stitching are not the finest in the universe, and I doubt this garment would withstand more than a washing or two. I was between this one and the one from the Disney store for my daughter. This one was half the price and she loves it! She is about to turn 3 and we ordered the 3T to 4T size. It is a little big on her but room to grow isn't a bad thing. There is velcro on the back for the neck, which is the tightest spot. I think the 2T would be too tight on my daughter's neck, and she is very small for her age. She is obsessed with Frozen and wants to wear it to bed, to day care, to everything. She loves it! Bought for a Xmas gift for my 5 year old. The quality of this product I was actually amazed by. Quality cloth, and the stitching feels great. Fabric started fraying after two months of tons of wear, my daughter would change into this daily when home from school and sometimes sleep in it. My daughter loves this costume. Very close to Anna's wardrobe in Frozen 2. I think for the price this is a great costume. The cape was very soft and flows as she walks. I bought boots separately. My daughter is 9 yo, 42" tall and normally wears size 7/8.
