The board came rapidly. I got it on Monday, took it out on Tuesday, for my first time ever paddle boarding. I had to borrow a friend's pump, as the included one had a bad piston seal and didn't work, but the board works perfectly. It tracked fairly straight for one fin and a paddler who had never done that before (I have paddled boats, but only fairly large motor boats while the guy fixed the motor.). The board is super stable, the d ring on front lets you tie off to a tree and hang out, and it inflates and deflates reasonably fast. The company replaced the pump as soon as they verified I did know how to use it and it was defective, and the new pump works perfectly. They were super cool about it, too. Just wanted to make sure I knew it takes a while and a lot of work to get the volume of air in a board that is required. Do recommend for a starter board if you haven't decided you want to race or surf big waves or rapids or anything too rad. ... show more
