I took a chance on this eyeliner since NYX black matte eyeliner got reformulated to my great disappointment. I read in an another review here that this is a great dupe, and boy, were they right! I love the amount I get for the price, the formula of the eyeliner smells good as well. This formula is very easy to apply for myself. I get no eye irritation from using this brand, and although the eyeliner is not waterproof, it definitely stays on and is matte as advertised. I think I have to take more time to test the durability of the formula after a night out. Overall, so happy I went with this brand! It really does make an amazing dupe to nyx matte black eyeliner and I’m so happy to get three bottles for a cheap price. Thank you! :) ... show more

This is my favorite matte eyeliner, I find it so simple to use, it glides so smoothly onto my eyelids, and lasts a decent amount of time, I got 3 bottles so definitely worth the money, they got shipped on time and in good condition 2nd time buying this brand through Amazon, love the quality of this liner, super matte, dries fast, plus I get 3 bottles at such low price, so far no other can beat this Italia Deluxe brand! ... show more

It’s absolutely not waterproof. It has a good rich color but it runs off really easily and smears bad and doesn’t seem to have any hold at all unfortunately. Application is super easy I love the brush. The consistency is good too.

It’s not exactly water proof but it is really honestly a great product. It’s got this tiny brush that seems to be forgiving of my oafish attempts to put on eye liner and it lasts all day and night. It can be smudged, but not too terribly and if you do smudge it, you can clean up where the eyeliner smeared a bit and it’s still on your lids. It’s not like it entirely came off your eyes. Nice eyeliner, totally matte, dries well, definitely NOT waterproof, but that’s okay. Hesitant to purchase because of cheap price, under ten dollars for three liners? I think yes! It does last all day for me, doesn’t crack, or flake off, I’ve never had to reapply, even in sweaty Chicago summer weather. Only drawback is that the applicator is not tapered, completely flat ended. So I can’t get a very fine line with it, I’ve flattened the brush against the sides of the tube, as if removing excess product, and that works alright if I’m doing a short, stubby wing. Got a little frustrating, so I just reached for an almost empty brush tipped liner pen that I wasn’t concerned about not being able to use in it’s original intention, and dipped it in this eyeliner product.
